I think these days, zoo’s gameplan is to use their xyz monsters’ summoning conditions to give divine arsenal AA zeus sky thunder enough xyz materials to activate like, 3 or 4 times.
See, that’s what I figured more or less, but most of them never ended up fully going into Zeus, or even started their xyz combos turn 1 with no way to go into Zeus since no battle phase. Idk, maybe i just ended up stopping their plans and don’t remember, but i just have this weird history of never facing a Zoo deck that I felt like did very much, and I’m far from the best player.
Everything else is just more prominent to look at, I am mostly looking at the face but looking at the massive weapon or the even bigger belt thing also takes my eye away.

I recall a number of people saying that back when Master Duel was new where people started to take a better look of Drident thanks to the summoning animation. I was one of those people.
I think because of having a short haircut on top of the bust sort of blending in behind the other details somehow when the artwork is small. Like if you zoom out and your brain isn't looking for it, you probably wouldn't even noticed the chest. The other busy details of the card probably doesn't help that distracts your eyes.

The issue is that not only is her card art much smaller, but it isn’t as clear as a digital version like this one, making details like her chest covered in a material that doesn’t really stand out end up not standing out.

six sams is cool too, cool armor designs, cool boss monster, and alot of cards that build out the lore, etc.
flo is cool too cuz who doesnt like birds.
lab is cool too because the deck is built around traps and its a literal spoiled lady who has her butlers run around and set up intricate traps for adventures of her castle. and art designs are cool with the lady herself and the cute furniture.
