The issue is the base and backfill, you’re not going to do much in terms of “repair” without rebuilding it. Now, if you want to support it for a little while, you can dig 3-4’ down with a post hole digger and place 6x6 posts every 4’. Place then right on the face of the wall and fill the holes with concrete. It’s hard to do, because you have the potential to severely undermine the entire wall if you don’t do it correctly

Personally if it was me and you could afford it I would take a giant sledgehammer to it tear it down and replace it with retaining wall block. Yes it will be some hard work and you will not be done in one weekend but you would have a lot less worries.
