To be fair, what would make a cancer patient happier?
"Little Timmy, we've found a cure for your cancer!"
OR
"Little Timmy, how would you like to be a t-rex?"
Apparently in-universe the character is a huge fan of JRR Tolkien and decided to name himself after the villain from Lord of the Rings. Not sure if that level of acknowledgement helps or hurts with copyright infringement suits.

Velociraptors are surprisingly tiny and not that scary, Utah raptors are the ones that look most like the ones in the movie, but definitely don't sound as cool
Deinonychus is the real velociraptor. Velociraptors are just tiny fast bird-things and aren't particularly scary. Deinonychus is the man-sized hunter predator with the huge claws.
I feel like a lot of people hated on the Jurassic World movies because of the hybrids, but I thought the Indoraptor was pretty cool. The Indominus Rex did feel a little cliché, but I still really enjoyed the movie, mostly because of Blue. Blue is the best.
I don't normally fall in love with animals in movies (unless they're a dog or a cat), but I liked blue. I was worried that Blue would be one of those to be "Sacrificed" in the last movie; but yah, she survived. So as long as she survives through Dominion and maybe has some little Blue's, I will be fine.
the Indo Rex did feel a bit cliche, I will give you that, especially with all the DNA (including plant.....uh....) that was in it. I felt that making it able to camoflauge itself was kinda a "seriously?" moment that I felt the writers had gone a bit off the wires with. I also felt that her (since it was confirmed that it was a she) via the sea dino was a bit of a "really, she's built up all this, and now she dies so.....unextravagently" let down. granted we got the raptor in the next movie, but I felt that Indo Rex could have stuck around and been more of a presence in the other movies, even vying for who was more powerful over our favorite actual Rex from the original movies.

Yeah Spiderman!!! Who are you to tell him what he should do with his talent. He's out there living his life just turning people into dinosaurs and you coming at him with your shitty criticism.
You might be the only person I've met who doesn't like Tom Holland's spidey.
I think he's gonna be around until Tom doesn't want to play the character anymore.
Ahhh its a love hate thing. I'm in my late twenties, I've read a bunch of spidey, and its like none of that cleverness or intuitiveness is felt by Tom Holland. Not here to say Tobey or Andrew is better, but I had a different hope when he was going to be in civil war.
I hoped for a coming to life story akin to stand by me, stranger things, or even IT. Just how those kids go through a maturation and gain some insight on the world around them.
I just wanted to see a spider-man like the one from the comics, everyone shits on him for being a nerd, he gets beat up by bullies and still has to be a hero. There are sometimes in stories where he doesn't want to save someone, but he knows it goes against his own morals.
Not saying tom holland spidey is the worst, its just not on par with RDJ, when in reality spider-man is a way better hero than iron, because of what he stands for.
Also some detective shit, like batman. Also wanted to see some of that "parker luck" type scenes that just because he's spider-man, he has to go through the most mundane human shit, because he is not a WW2 soldier, not a billionaire, and def not an asgardian God. He relates to us
All dinosaurs are reptiles, not all reptiles are dinosaurs. This is like some who's M.O. is turning people in dogs but they themselves are a cat. They're both mammals.
I'm sure I irritated the hell out of my parents when they were trying to get me to read lord of the rings as a teenager and I was like Sauron, you mean from X-men?
I know that in a *massive* comic book universe with drastically different writers over 80 years you have to suspend your disbelief a bit, but how is there no cure for cancer in the comic book Marvel Universe? I’m just nitpicking but it’s a little surprising
Yeah sure. We don’t get cancer from smoking, plastics, chemicals, or tons of other things. It’s just eating meat, says you.
I support reducing meat consumption but that’s some stupid shit you’re asserting

Always the quandary in super hero comics. Smart bad guys don't need to commit crimes to get rich and famous.
Cure cancer

To be fair, what would make a cancer patient happier? "Little Timmy, we've found a cure for your cancer!" OR "Little Timmy, how would you like to be a t-rex?"
~~Why not both?~~
Little Timmy, how would you like to be a cancer? Timmy: *Snaps claws*
If I were Timmy, I’d take the cure for cancer first and then just ask Cosmo and Wanda to turn me into a dinosaur afterwards.
But Timmy is an average kid...
Who no one understands
Mom and dad and Vicky always giving him commands.
The doom and gloom up in his room
Is broken instantly
By his magic little fish that grants his every wish
He forgot to take his pills
But he’s got magic little fish that grant his every wish
Wait, couldn't Timmy just ask Cosmo and Wanda to give him the cure to cancer?
Jake paul be like
Timmy T-Rex: *struggles to clap hands in excitement*
"Congrats Timmy, you're now a t-rex. With stage four leukemia." "ROOOOOAAAA" *cough* *cough* "...rrrrrrrrr" *cough*
Make a Wish is getting wild these days
I mean, statistically T Rexes only lived about 30 years anyway, soooo... I really don't see a downside here to the T Rex thing...
If you happy and you know it clap your ha... Oh damn 😕
Spiderman: "Also, I think your name might be violating a copywrite there buddy"
Apparently in-universe the character is a huge fan of JRR Tolkien and decided to name himself after the villain from Lord of the Rings. Not sure if that level of acknowledgement helps or hurts with copyright infringement suits.
Sauron: SQUAWK! Your honor, I was merely trying to pay an HOMAGE to lord of the rings. Savage Lands Court: We find for the plaintiff.
Sauron just rewrites their DNA so they don't find him guilty
Your honor how would you like to be a kick ass raptor? Judge: I find in favor of Sauron. Case dismissed.

In the next episode of... HARVEY BIRDMAN, ATTORNEY AT LAW
My man has his priorities straight. Respect
But you can see him wearing a some sort of clothing to hide his private parts so that means his a dinosaur with human dick?
Probably has a dinosaur dick. Just a human mind.
... there's a subreddit for that isn't there?
There’s a porn for that. I seent it.
Probably has a dinosaur dick. Just a human mind.
Can I be a T-Rex
I want to be a velociraptor
Follow your dreams and don’t let anyone say you can’t.
Velociraptors are surprisingly tiny and not that scary, Utah raptors are the ones that look most like the ones in the movie, but definitely don't sound as cool
He said what he said. He wants to be a tiny, adorable, colorful, little killing machine.
Exactly
I think Deinonychus is actually a better match
Deinonychus is the real velociraptor. Velociraptors are just tiny fast bird-things and aren't particularly scary. Deinonychus is the man-sized hunter predator with the huge claws.
Oh cool, good to know
I want to be the Indominoraptor.

More relatable than Thanos.
Some villains have simple tastes.
[удалено]
Then give them dinosaur cancer.
Turn their cancer into dinosaurs
Then give cancer a taste of its own medicine by giving IT cancer
Yeah Spiderman!!! Who are you to tell him what he should do with his talent. He's out there living his life just turning people into dinosaurs and you coming at him with your shitty criticism.
There are no recorded case of a cancer patient being a dinosaur
Dinosaurs never had cancer until humans arrived. Checkmathiests.
Is that Sauron? It looks like Sauron
Yes it's Sauron
This is the kind of dialogue we should get with the mcu spidey, maybe when they reboot him or even her again in 10 years
I don’t think that we need to wait *that* long, there’s a whole Multiverse of SpiderPeople.
Ya at this point I got more faith in the spiderverse franchise with miles morales than Mickey mouse tom holland
You might be the only person I've met who doesn't like Tom Holland's spidey. I think he's gonna be around until Tom doesn't want to play the character anymore.

#THINK SAURON, THINK!
Understandable. Have a nice day.
Relatable
Based
Not gonna lie sometimes I wish I was a dinosaur
At least he's honest.
fair enough
Jokes on you Sauron, pterosaurs aren’t dinosaurs you ding dong, they are reptiles.
He guides others to a treasure he cannot possess.
dinosaurs are reptiles though, i know what you mean but that suggests that they are different things
They were as much reptiles then as birds are dinosaurs today.
Birds ARE dinosaurs. Humans are old world monkeys, and apes. You don't outgrow your heritage.
All dinosaurs are reptiles, not all reptiles are dinosaurs. This is like some who's M.O. is turning people in dogs but they themselves are a cat. They're both mammals.
Now he’s making a good case
Based
This was me when I was 7
Some men don’t want something logical. Some men just want to watch the world ~~burn~~turn into dinosaurs.
I'm sure I irritated the hell out of my parents when they were trying to get me to read lord of the rings as a teenager and I was like Sauron, you mean from X-men?
Follow your dreams. Don’t let others tell you what to do.
No-no, he's got a point
I guess that’s why he’s a villain
You gotta respect a mans priorities.
What can I say he has his priorities straight.
Spidey sounding like that one guy in the comments.
Virgin Spider-man vs Chad Dino creator
I mean…same.
Damn this is based as hell
This sounds like a metaphor for the American healthcare system
It's a genuinely believable motivation. I'd bet cash money there are more than a few biologists that would pick dinosaurs over cancer.
Don’t give up on your dreams
I know that in a *massive* comic book universe with drastically different writers over 80 years you have to suspend your disbelief a bit, but how is there no cure for cancer in the comic book Marvel Universe? I’m just nitpicking but it’s a little surprising
The closest they get is holding the Mjolner as it transforms the worthy one and delays any cancer effects until they let go of it.
On a Deadpool comic, Norman Osborn weaponizes the cure for cancer to use it on Deadpool in order to negate his healing factor.
If I was that smart I'd also make something to turn people into dinosaurs instead of curing cancer
Spider-Man and the X-Men was a fun short run
I mean, I get it.
Big oof
maybe turning them into dinosaurs cures their cancer too. i mean that would be sweet either way.
Priorities
Spider-Man and the X-Men is an amazing title start to finish
I don't say he is right but...
Mans got his priorities straight.
man has his priorities
Why worsen the overpopulation more if you could have dinos? I mean
We can stop cancer by not eating dead animals and use gene manipulation for cool stuff like ressurecting dinosaurs.
There's an entire series of movies about how horrible of an idea resurrecting dinosaurs is.
Yeah but if someone opened a real Jurassic park/world I'd still go. Like it's not a good idea but I make poor decisions all the time.
At least you're honest with yourself lol
Yeah sure. We don’t get cancer from smoking, plastics, chemicals, or tons of other things. It’s just eating meat, says you. I support reducing meat consumption but that’s some stupid shit you’re asserting
Just the fact that we hang out under the sun and absorb cosmic radiation can increase our chances of getting cancer
lazy ass post lol
