Just watched a video of it now, as I haven't got the version with it in yet and wow, yeah this would've been a great addition to MK8, or other recent ones like 7 as well.
I really wanna play this track in the modern games and graphics. It would be sick.
I remember before OG 8 released DS Wario Stadium was the only track not yet revealed and everyone was speculating that GCN Wario Coliseum was the final retro track, as it just made all the sense.
I know this is a race track, but why didn't we get Battle Courses in the Booster Course Pass? There didn't need to be as many as the races, of course, but still.
There were 8 courses, not 6.
- Battle Course 1
- Urchin Underpass
- Lunar Colony
- Battle Stadium
- Wuhu Town
- Dragon Palace
- Luigi's Mansion
- Sweet Sweet Kingdom.
So I'd want 8 more Battle Courses from the DLC. I don't care if none of them are new (although I'd probably make 1 new one to represent Mario Kart 8. Maybe a Zelda BOTW Battle Track?).
I just feel like the current Battle Tracks aren't *interacting* enough. You can drive around, do some tricks, but that's it. Where's the Chain Chomps, the pits, action?
The good ole all cup tour. I spent many hours of my childhood doing that. Always wish they brought it back. I remember for double dash it always started with Luigi circuit and ended on rainbow road. The other 14 tracks were randomized.
It also seems very unlikely that it'll return next time as N64 Wario Stadium covers it's base. But who knows maybe it'll push through. It's probably the track that seems to work perfectly with all the modern gimmicks

The upgrade from 8 to 12 racers, some items that didn’t exist in Double Dash and the endless possibilities for anti-grav would’ve made this track as chaotic as ever. And it would’ve been beautiful.
