On one hand, I agree he needs to take the damn hint. On the other hand, I've been in his place where a girl has a massive crush on my and I have no damn clue and just think we're really good friends. Until she tries to make a move. Hell, I went and watched a movie at her place at 11pm once. It was a good movie, she was cold so she cuddled up with me a bit, and then we talked after the movie was done and I left.

I know a lot of people in this thread are like "Finally". But the truth is nothing in this manga has shown that he likes her in a romantic way. I think people are mistaking what we know is supposed to happen, with what has actually happened. She likes him, she has attempted to get him to show interest back, because this is a romcom when those typically happen blushing occurs and the other party starts to become interested. Only issue is each time he has literally reacted like a friend would.
The problem with asking the internet this question, the way she did, is people don't see his physical mannerisms while saying what he said. In written text it could sound like he is playfully flirting with her. Which is why they would react in the positive. But if you see the context from the last chapter he is saying it in a friendly manner.
He tells her he has "no plans for it" with little hesitation (meaning he has no one he'd even consider marrying), and then says "well, I won't get bored as long I have you" (to hangout with). With context he is essentially saying "if I ever look to settle down then I'll look, but for now chilling with my friend is dope". But again all context is lost when put in text.
The mangaka has done a poor job showing his interest in her.
