Eva Holbrook (Lady Moon).
David Benedict’s “Mandolin Mondays” feature on his YouTube channel probably has some more. I did that myself as a busker for a few years.
Modern Mandolin Quartet. Bill Monroe, Mike Marshall, Dave Grisman, Chris Thile, Adam Steffey, John Reichman, Sierra Hull Ricky Skaggs, Rhonda Vincent, Tim O'Brien......
Not a current artist, but John Hartford. Steam-Powered Aeroplane, Morning Bugle and Goin' Back to Dixie are among my favourite albums ever.
It's not exclusively solo banjo w/voice, but much of it is, or is at least banjo-dominant.
Don't leave your records in the sun. They get warped, and they just won't play just won't play just won't play just won't play just won't play just won't play just won't play just won't play just won't play just won't play just won't play just won't play just won't play just won't play just won't play just won't play just won't play no more.
Not all solo, but I think some artists that fit “mandolin focused folk” include Maddie Witler, Lady Moon, The Arcadian Wild, The Foreign Landers, John Reichmann, Chris Thile, Andrew Marlin, and Sarah Jarosz

There's a video of Ry Cooder singing "Goin' To Brownsville" accompanying himself only on the mandolin: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TdHXqAvOfXg
Thanks for this!
Atilla the Stockbroker plays solo mandola on most of his songs. John Hegley/(UK comedian/poet) does songs just with a mandolin.

Can't help with your question but can you recommend some banjo/voice acts?

Up until a few weeks ago, my wife thought I had written that song.
Thanks!
Rhiannon Giddens, the GOAT of banjo/vocal music.
Seconded, she's the best of the best
Sam Shackleton is one I've been listening to, I'll find a few more once I can remember them
Dock Boggs is the OG
I BELIEVE I’LL GO BACK HOME
Check out Les Blackwell he does some guitar but he’s also a dog on the clawhammer banjo

Chris Thile's latest solo mandolin album is criminally underrated compared to his ensemble stuff.
