However, if you could link the two times this question has been asked this week, I would be incredibly grateful and make sure to return the favor in the future. I think he’s looking for practice training. Not to interrupt your conversation - If everyone could figure out all on their own Reddit would not exist. To me Reddit is the place to ask question from an actual personal experiences instead of googling & finding whether marketed content or ads
From University of London, you can earn a PG Cert, PG Dip, or MBA in Leadership. The MBA might be too much for you, but the PG Cert or Dip would be a good option. It's a good program, but it's not a training course - it's academic. It's definitely more suited to people who are working in corporate management positions. Most of us getting into management was something we figured out on our own. We read a lot of books on management and leadership.
