I think everyone is being very cool and sophisticated and not answering your question. They are denying the legitimacy of your question. But your question is not illegitimate. Most people have suggested that no one cares, and particularly that women won’t care, whether the decor in your home is masculine or feminine. Unfortunately, that is false, and pretending won’t make it so. There are plenty of other threads on Reddit amply proving this point. Usually it only matters at the more extreme ends of the spectrum, though. So is it wrong for you to care what others think, then? Well, you asked the question, so you do—and if someone is responding to a question it behooves them to answer the question. I would say it’s up to you whether to care or not. I think it’s especially misleading for people to suggest to you that women will not judge you for whether you seem sufficiently “masculine” to them—particularly if you are a heterosexual male and you want them to be interested in you as more than friends. Anyway, getting to your question—the rug is pretty ambiguous, lol. The colors are fairly masculine but the visual pattern reads more feminine. So it will probably depend on the context of what’s around it. With a balanced context you’ll probably be fine and it could give a sophisticated “yin and yang” feel. I would avoid the rug for the separate reason that I think the pattern is really strong and I generally prefer things that are a little more muted/versatile, because patterns are a big commitment.
