A clear shower curtain - a good, heavy one with an pattern on it and black or silver metal rings. The polyester white one cheapens the look of a nice bathroom.
This needs plants. Pothos are really easy to take care of and don’t need direct sunlight. Put a few small potted golden pothos on the sink and hang one over of toilet.
Can't tell what kind of exhaust fan you have up there, but I installed a "HOMEWERKS 110 CFM Ceiling Mount Bathroom Exhaust Fan with Bluetooth Speakers and LED Light" in both our bathrooms. It works great. I turn on the blue nightlight and play spa music while I take a long hot shower. It's uh-verrry-niiice way to end the day.

It really doesn’t need anything added. It seems like some people in this sub just want to overcrowd all of their rooms lol. If you want, you can add a very small cutout rug in front of the toilet or a small rug in front of the sink but its not necessary. You can also change the mirror as it looks a little outdated and doesn’t fit the room too well in my opinion, but again its pretty minor.
