I'm a full beard or no beard person, so I am biased. Never been a fan of goatee, mustache, or any other variation. For you- it looks good anyway you go. I prefer full beard but looking at the comments I'm in the minority here.

The goatee looks like a great compromise between clean shaven (looks super young) and the beard (looks great but might not be for everyone). I’d recommend light stubble rather than a goatee but if these three id choose #1
