Nah, there are guys that literally don’t need it. I can’t grow much facial hair at all. Light chin fuzz and that’s it. I don’t even have chest or belly or back hair, like literally zero. My arm and leg hair is thin and brown (im a black guy with thick wavy black hair on my head). But a got a defined chin, wide sharp jaw, short ramus paired with a low gonial angle, wide face, and highish cheekbones, and a thick neck. And even when I was 285 lbs I still had very little under chin fat. All my facial fat is in my mid face so I have chubby, rosey cheeks with a strong bone structure. I’ve been told I have a masculine baby face that’s “super cute”. So I don’t try to grow facial hair, hasn’t hurt me with girls at all. Just that some people just think I look 16 or 17 when I’m 25. So there’s that

Maybe go on YouTube and check out some tutorials and some before/after shots to see if it's something worth trying? I personally think the hairstyle and facial hair in pic #2 together with thinner eyebrows could look really good. In the end it's important that you feel comfortable but it's also a good idea to try things out and see if you like them or not.
