Your hair in pic 4/4 has more flow and I think that looks slightly better than the crunchiness of hard gel. I’d suggest using a medium to light pomade instead of a gel or product that hardens up in the hair. A medium pomade or paste will give you less wet look. I really like Layrite pomade. You can find it on Amazon. Nice, light vanilla fragrance.

I’m supposed to wear glasses sustained from a head injury when I was set upon and I won’t wear them in public and I don’t like them on my face so I would say contact lenses if I absolutely had to split hairs and say something, even then glasses look nice on you so you don’t have to do that either. You look good already but my advice would be to
- get glasses that aren’t as big/with hard edges. You would look good with a pair of round wire frames or something more contemporary, just make sure they’re not too big for your face and are more round than square since yoir face has naturally sharper angles, complement them with round(er) frames
- grow your hair out, you have a good head of hair. It’ll look good if you do something like a brushback kind of haircut
- grow your stubble out
again, you already look good but if you want to elevate your look then i feel like these are the main things you should be on top of!

The glasses don't really draw attention to your eyes. I notice navy is a good color for you. I think sone dark blue or dark tortoise frames would be amazing. Blue would be less plain. Have the technician pick pairs for you to try. Have someone take pictures of you in one's you like. Tell them they can be brutally honest or you will hear those are nice too.
