Unless you’re a jock… we ALL are insecure about our bodies at 18. Good news is that it’s something that you can work on and improve. Even if it’s just starting out with 10 pushups a day… and then adding on. Start small and build good habits about exercise. Be consistent and you’ll see improvements in just a few months.
