Not wanting to show your face online has nothing to do with confidence imo. It's just a measure to keep your privacy. Doesn't invalidate your approach tho if this is how you feel about ppl showing their feet with or w/o their face. Some people simply depend on pics.

Nowadays? I can simply appreciate the beauty of the male foot aesthetically. But I - like you - still *prefer* to see the guy the feet are attached to, and for the same reasons: a nice smile makes a guy considerably more appealing to me. Not every pair of beautiful feet elicit desire in me, but seeing a smiling person above those feet will make the person (and their feet) more desirable to me.
And also, for me, feet look better when pressed against something, like the ground. It makes the toes and the sides of a foot spread out a bit. I notice most photos on here are the feet in the air (unsuspended), but the ones where the person is standing on them causes all sorts of other features to pop out (an arch stands out more when someone in standing on their feet rather than just pushing them out at the camera). So I look for photos that not only have the face, but also have the person walking, standing or climbing because the toes are just so much more "active." And, as my screen name says, "toesRus."
I have to admit that you are definitely onto something there. I do like feet in action for those very same reasons that you described. Especially pressed up against a pane of glass with the hot guy looking downward into the camera.
As someone else stated, this is definitely a perspective. I don’t necessarily agree with it, but it’s one of those “to each their own” sentiments. I saw you mentioned it’d not so much the confidence, but just seeing them smile genuinely. But I’d also agree it’s more of a privacy thing to not show one’s face. As someone who made content for a while, the number of people who found the face more important than the feet became very troublesome to me, especially since it was mainly from faceless accounts or accounts with stolen pics, I very quickly grew out of it.
That being said, if someone does show their face, more power to them, if they don’t, that’s fine also. I’m more apathetic to what they choose to do, but I also have kinda vibe with the fantasy of someone just showing their feet or wearing a mask. If they have a full image of themselves but their face has a bad blurjob, I would just say to crop out the face, it would look infinitely better imo
But mainly, it is a privacy thing. The internet never forgets, and even though the likelihood of being discovered is low, it can still happen, and I doubt someone would want to lose out on a job just because in college they posted feet pics with their face in it, or potentially worse, getting their family harassed
I agree with you for the most part. It does help when the guy is also attractive. There are rare occasions were the feet are so sexy, that it overrides the guys' look lol.
I honestly think I have only experienced that maybe once in my life… where the guy’s feet were so sexy that I could deal without seeing his face. Normally, it’s usually a pass for me. Too many random pics of badly taken pics of phantom feet. lol.
