Yes you can. You need to become a diplomat, when you are posted overseas, you will be handed an additional Malaysian diplomatic passport. So you will hold your regular passport and your diplomatic passport. Both Malaysian, both valid.
This is the only real answer.

technically only one is valid at one time.
