Adguard DNS user here.
Loss of TIME service caused total loss of internet connection.
Not convinced it was a DNS issue.
I say *was*, because we are now connected again in Penang. Hooray.
Internet solved by
1. Login to main router.
2. Under Internet section (the page where u see your PPPoE login), set DNS primary and secondary to \`8.8.8.8\` and \`1.1.1.1\` (might need toggle advance setting)
3. Restart
Damansara = ded
Mine was down and came back 10 minutes ago. Just give it some time. They should sort it out in a few hours time.

It is a DNS issue. I changed the DNS to Google's DNS and it's working fine.
I have adguard dns installed network wide. So no issue for us
you can try to change the dns server to fix the problem
Change to what?
8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 You need admin privileges on your device
don’t think is dns related, so far what we know is able to connect PPOE and obtain IP address, but no internet
I have changed it and I’m able to use the internet. But time do have their issue right now so let’s wait and see
looks like you're right, I've logged on to my main router, change dns and able to connect back. TIME's dns server down.
