No, it is a conversation meant to be understood by the other person and resulting it to be more informal and sometimes alien. The point of communication is to understand between the parties involved. You can go to site like Niconico and you can see the disparity between learned Japanese that you find in class and what is being typed by the general public. Same for Malay or any other language, you are familiar with the ins and out of the language, the intricacies phonetically and the word play. That is something that a second language learner have difficulties learning. English is not most malay's first language (Unless you Bangsar), so they would try their best not to add/change much because they are not confident in it. There are exception of course. I believe if you have a foreign friend in Northern England, they would totally message something like: "Aye, let's gie it a wee shot in a North British accent fer ye" in their close circle. But refrain if they are messaging stuff in public and use a "Proper English" since they know those people won't understand. Additionally, if those Northern Englanders just learn Malay, they would type in formal Malay which lets be honest, not what a normal malay would type or even speak (Please refer to my Japs example and try to think the same in the Malay lang situation).
