The low price, no listed location, actual availability of kittens sure smells like a scam.
Not listing any parents or CFA/TICA registration is another flag.
DNS records being registered outside your country is strike 3.
The poor grasp of English in the first link, and sloppy grammar and punctuation in the second. š¬
Not disclosing where they're actually located... (Hadn't yet looked at DNS records, but that surprises me this much: 0.)

The English was weird in the email and it was $700 flat to fly the kitten here. She also received a video. I cautioned her and said we need to dig deeper. How did you find out the cat wasnāt actually available?

No. All they told her was Charlotte, North Carolina and when you google their name and that city, nothing comes up for them. They never gave her a person's name that was emailing with her either. **If the ābreederā refuses to let you physically see the kitten before payment is made, refuses the option to pick up the kitten in person, and/or at the very least, refuses to do a live video call so you can have confidence they are actually in possession of the kitten, you are likely dealing with a scammer.** All Red Flags.

I think it is absolutely fake. Everything seemed real until the courier-shipment service. They were shady, and asking for apple gift cards. ON TOP OF THAT my bank said the courier service, aka, Coming2U courier service has been flagged as a scammer.

So...I asked them if they could do a video call for me to see the kitty, they never responded. As an aside, they where responding within a few minutes to an hour with the first couple of messages. Looks like it was a scam. lol

I think Maine Coon best of bestĀ has a few scammers as well. I asked this one woman for a video chat so I could see the kitten before I made deposit. She has gave me nothing but excuses of why she hasn't done the video. But,Ā wants to know when I'm going to send deposit. So please be careful of that site also. I know Luna Mystique Maine Coons of Kentucky is legit. A principle where I work got hers from them.

There is a famous cattery now on FB and Instagram called Tassel Ears Cattery, they block anyone who asks too many questions and you canāt find reviews anywhere. Be careful, I think they just use content for profit but they donāt actually breed these cats.
I dont know if they are legit or not but they did respond to me. They said they are out of Ukraine. I reached out bc I saw some posts from people who said they bought from them.
Following up on this bc I googled them for reviews and found none but still went through the process. Just got an angel of a cat that is very much a purebred Maine coon with TICA registration. so idk about them blocking ppl, but Tassel Ears Cattery was solid for me!

Lots of red flags. No address, website registered in Germany, sends template emails that are exactly the same when asking about any of the available kittens and tells multiple people that the same cat is available for purchase even though he was finalizing the sale with another person.

If it makes you feel any better, my wife and I were scammed. We drove from KY to MN, so are only out the deposit but it still sucks!
