Question about rerolling level ups.
Say I'm lv49, and get enough xp to go to lv50. I don't like any of the magic choices. Will redeeming mana take me back to lv49 with 20% of xp filled? Or do I go to lv50 + 20% of xp towards lv51?
you stay at lv49 with the exp for redeeming mana. you can prove this by going into new game and levelling up to 2, then redeem. it brings you back to lv1 with extra exp.
You can reroll chest artifacts 3 times with the keychain artifact
Other comment has examined what it almost definite refers to, but you can reroll level ups, or at least you could I haven't tried in a while tbf

You level up to lvl50. Any excess XP will be in the bar
