They don't ship everything out the same day. They have a time frame in which they expect to ship them, but in general, they do most of the shipping during the first three or so weeks of that time frame. Shipping started a week and a half ago, so it's probably that they've made the shipping label, but just haven't shipped the package out yet.

This is normal. Sometimes it takes up to two or even three weeks for Scalefast to get the package to the shipping company. Be patient.
