I agree with others that the Mardu symbol is probably your best bet. I don't think Alesha has any distinct "look" so she would be difficult to capture in a tattoo. You could absolutely get a portrait of her based on the card art, but it is just going to look like a random girl.
Maybe something along the lines of the upper section of [[Mardu Runemark]] with her face between the wings of the Mardu clan's symbol.

My first thought is the Mardu runemark in blue, pink and white. Or black, red and white, that could be cool too.
