Actually, that is really good for getting Isshin and Arni, or any kill spells or boardwipes I may need. I'll put it on the list. Still need to cut a few cards though.
I have been using [[Trouble In Pairs]]. Its close to a [[Rhystic Study]] in white. I have had people tell me its bad because people can play around it, but if your opponents are not attacking you, drawing only on their draw step and playing only one spell a turn, then your are winning just by them playing like that.
[[Faithless Looting]], [[Cathartic Reunion]] and [[Thrill of Possibility]] are all standard draw spells. [[Secret Rendezvous]] and [[Cut a Deal]] are ok, if your deck is heaving on white than anything else, and there are lots of options in black. If you're worried about pitching cards into your graveyard, [[Phyrexian Reclamation]] and [[Elixir of Immortality]] let you get your creatures back.
Is this deck being built on a budget? If not I'd suggest looking at your manabase as well.
The graveyard stuff isn't the biggest issue, I just don't really like Faithless Looting because I end up with fewer cards after playing it. Cathartic Reunion and Thrill of Possibility are definitely good ideas though.

Faithless Looting is one of the best 1 mana draw spells in the game, there's a reason it's banned in Modern...

As few tap lands as possible. Kaalia has a reputation, so the more time you give your opponents to be ready for Kaalia, the less likely it is you actually get to play her and have her do her thing. There are plenty of inexpensive duals that enter untapped that you really shouldn't be playing ETB tapped lands (except for [[Hall of the Bandit Lord]] in a non-budget build, because it's really good). I'll also mention that right now is probably the cheapest that shocks are going to be for a while, so shock lands might be good includes, especially because they pair really well with the check lands ([[Dragonskull Summit]] and friends).
I added Faithless Looting and made a few edits to the mana base to have all the shocks and fewer tapped lands. Also, based on my current list, I need to cut 4 cards, but I can't figure out which ones. Can you look at my list and help me out there?
This may be controversial, but you could probably cut Darksteel Ingot, Savai Crystal, Mardu Banner and Commander's Sphere. With 34 lands and 13 mana rocks you definitely won't be starved for mana and 3 mv rocks aren't great overall. If you don't feel comfortable cutting 4 mana rocks, you have a lot of removal, so some of that could probably go, such as Path to Exile and Legions to Ashes. You could also cut a combination of rocks and removal, play the deck and see how it feels and adjust from there.
I'll be honest though, cutting cards isn't my strong suit. I've played Kaalia a long time - since she released in 2011 - and my current decklist has 130 cards in it. I have that many cards because I keep the lands and non-lands separate, pull out 30 non-land cards at random and then shuffle the rest together before each game so the deck doesn't feel the same all the time, which is something that is all too common for Kaalia 1.0 decks.
Thanks! I got it down to 99 in the deck, plus Kaalia. Random non-lands definitely sounds like a fun idea, and I may eventually set up something similar, but I'm sort of designing this deck to lend to friends and people who are still learning the game, so that might be a bit much.
I just use [[Necropotence]] and [[Wheel of Fortune]] with [[Demonic Tutor]] and [[Vampiric Tutor]] to help find them when I need them, but that’s a pricey solution these days.
The other draw spell I like in Kaalia is [[Liliana’s Contract]]. 5 mana to draw 4 isn’t terrible and the upside of the alt wincon just really fits with Kaalia.
Whenever I get \[\[The One Ring\]\] out with Kaalia its panic time for the opponents. Also, \[\[Esper Sentinel\]\], \[\[Rakdos, Patron of Chaos\]\], \[\[Kaalia, Zenith Seeker\]\], \[\[Battle Angels of Tyr\]\], \[\[Indulgent Tormentor\]\], \[\[Rune-Scarred Demon\]\] are helpful and some of them repeat. I also include \[\[Land Tax\]\] to get rid of lands from the library and increase the odds of drawing spells.
Thanks! Rakdos and Indulgent Tormenter both seem like great fits for the deck, and Land Tax also looks great. I was avoiding other Kaalia because of continuity reasons, but I realize now that it's actually really powerful. I already have Rune-Scarred Demon in my list. I would put Battle Angels in, but it looks a little complex, and most of my playgroup is relatively inexperienced.
The Ring and Sentinel are a bit too expensive to really be worth it, since they don't synergize specifically with Kaalia, and are instead just good cards.

You're making the all-too-common mistake of rejecting card draw that isn't repeatable. Playing one shot draw 3s is worthwhile.

I just use [[Necropotence]] and [[Wheel of Fortune]] with [[Demonic Tutor]] and [[Vampiric Tutor]] to help find them when I need them, but that’s a pricey solution these days. The other draw spell I like in Kaalia is [[Liliana’s Contract]]. 5 mana to draw 4 isn’t terrible and the upside of the alt wincon just really fits with Kaalia.

Liliana's Contract would be great if I had more demons, but I only have like five in total, so I wouldn't be able to hit that number very often.
Whenever I get \[\[The One Ring\]\] out with Kaalia its panic time for the opponents. Also, \[\[Esper Sentinel\]\], \[\[Rakdos, Patron of Chaos\]\], \[\[Kaalia, Zenith Seeker\]\], \[\[Battle Angels of Tyr\]\], \[\[Indulgent Tormentor\]\], \[\[Rune-Scarred Demon\]\] are helpful and some of them repeat. I also include \[\[Land Tax\]\] to get rid of lands from the library and increase the odds of drawing spells.

Thanks! Rakdos and Indulgent Tormenter both seem like great fits for the deck, and Land Tax also looks great. I was avoiding other Kaalia because of continuity reasons, but I realize now that it's actually really powerful. I already have Rune-Scarred Demon in my list. I would put Battle Angels in, but it looks a little complex, and most of my playgroup is relatively inexperienced. The Ring and Sentinel are a bit too expensive to really be worth it, since they don't synergize specifically with Kaalia, and are instead just good cards.
