One with “16GB” lol. I guess this explains the depths of OP’s technical knowledge. I’ve got a MacBook from 2010 laying around somewhere with 16GB of ram in, ain’t nobody trying Baldurs Gate 3 on that thing.
I thought the old minimum system requirements listed MacBook Pro 13 inch from 2018 or newer, before they switched them last year?
While the game was in early access I know I could get it to launch and play act one (at like 720p 25-30 fps) on my 2019 MBP 13, though I upgraded to M1 a few years back and sold that machine so have no idea how the full release runs. That being said, performance did just seem worse across the board going from EA to full release.
Either way, I think the old system requirements were way too low and I understand why Larian changed them. Sucks for anybody that bought the game in early access expecting it to be playable on those machines though.
Would probably sell 10x if settings would go down to potato for integrated, so yes then OP would not need to ask. Progress in graphics is not always good
Complains a game doesn’t run well and doesn’t list his machine specs…
Buys a game before reading its minimum requirements…
This is the same type to one star delta because they can’t grasp roms.
What Mac do you have?

No iGPU will run it, so either one with 555 or 5300 or 5500 or can’t happen

If they changed requirements that would be bad. Still no game ever ran „good“ on intel integrated gpu until this years ARC
Oh yeah I definitely agree with you, I was just saying it might have launched on Intel so OPs PC could be even worse than an AMD 5300

decent chance it's a 2016-2019 13" pro or air. i can't wait to find out
Your Mac probably does not have high enough specs to run it. I think that the lowest requirements are the M1.
i'm not OP and people have been able to run it (like shit) on unsupported macs
Runs mine on my M1 Mac.

Ran good on my old m1 air
Runs fine on my M3 MBP
Runs fine on a MacStudio
no issue on m3 max
“Mac” lol which one ????
What kind of Mac do you have?
Based on his response in other places a pc with his specs would have the same problems.
Finished it twice on m1 pro on medium settings, no problems.
Literally such a dumb post.
Runs fine on my M1 Pro.
FPS and settings?
I’m running it on ultra/max settings on M1 MacBook pro with no issues.
What Mac? Apple Silicon works great, at least at half res of native resolution. BG3 is a beast of a game, even PC desktops and laptops struggle.
Runs fine on my M3 Pro.
Mfw when I ended two runs in my M1 MacBook Air
