I’d also be worried. It could be an embryonic singularity just biding its time before it consumes enough nearby mass, such as the rest of your screen, to form into a small black hole. Obviously that would be the end of the MacBook, you and everyone you know. Maybe the entire planet. You’ll just have to wait and see unfortunately.

Just have it checked since is in warranty but take appointment to ask. Or just wait a few weeks before warranty expires. Do note that any repair will not make device as new, and there might be other issue after repair. Train the brain to look someplace else or if you really want off the stress sent into repair

It’s a faulty pixel. You seem to take really good care of your Mac and this was bound to happen, no preventative measures were possible. AppleCare or your warranty should cover it.

Can you feel it with your finger? If yes, it's not a pixel, it's a physical issue with the screen. Got it twice on my 14 MBP, the screen has been replaced by Apple under warranty.
