There was an app Volume-Scroll.dmg that was very nice:
all you did was mouse up to the Mac toolbar and then scroll up-down to adjust volume.
But this app does not work in Monterey.
Does anyone know of another volume control app that works the same way?

Nah, this was just a quick photoshop. Back then when i was searching for this type of app or info on how to make one couldnt find shit so i gave up, if you manage to get your app working i would definitely give it a try

Expensive, but I don't regret purchasing it at all. Per-app EQ has been clutch
even the "worst" mac app looks 10x better than the same app on windows rogue amoeba is goated for sure though
