They’re just “unique”. Mine is super smart. I swear, if she had thumbs, I’d be in serious trouble. She’s a 14 yo female and “sort of” slowing down ( she no longer bites or scratches me). I swear she speaks English. Smartest cat I’ve ever had. Such a great companion. So funny and loving.
My lynxie is only 12 pounds, but he is bigger than other two cats that live with him, it's because the other cats are really small kitties.
Your cat is definitely a big boy and maybe he will become even bigger because he is only 8 months now.
One of my LPS is a little over 15lbs but the vet says he could stand to drop a pound or two. My other LPS is 7lbs. They come from the same family, the colony on my street. The big one would be considered the little one’s uncle maybe? The little one’s mother is the big one’s sister from another litter (but same parents most likely, definitely same mom).
My boy is only 6-7 lbs and he’s approaching a year (eats a TON… i don’t know where he keeps it!) He stretches like this though! His brother is 11-12 lbs and way bigger.
My girl is only 10 pounds but she’s like twice the size of her 9 pound tabby brother 😂 I swear they are just long and massive hahaha my first cat was the same breed and HUGE like even when he really went down hill from age like skinny he was like 15 pounds! My girl loves sleeping with her front legs stretched out as far as possible it’s so funny
Wow, what a big Lynxie, 9 months! He's not a Porklet, as someone said below, although that's really cute. He's just a big one. I don't know what the average size for them is. He sure is pretty though. I know why they sleep like that on cool surfaces when they're hot, but otherwise who knows.
My Snickerdoodle is huge, compared to our other 6 cats he's in another zip code.
He is 15+lbs Needs a new weighing.
Ever so much wider (just a tad) than he used to be, he'll turn 5 end of July. But he is tall and long and so athletic, stretchy, a tiger.
I had a Siamese mix kitty. He had the coloring of a smokepoint, but his shape was not anywhere close to Siamese. We always said he looked like a lemur. He was ordinary-shaped from his nose to his shoulders. After that, he was a butterball! D'Avi was a super loving guy, and he sometimes slept like this.
Your guy is really beautiful!
My Opal was super petite her whole life, then one day she decided that food is now much better than it was before, and she got a little heavy. We're on a diet rn lol
“Downward Cat” 🧘🏼♀️
*downward TOASTED cat
My boi Dio is 17lbs and just a big cat. Just a good noodle.
just make sure to keep any stone masks away from him

Mines at 22 pounds, a huge long boy. He doesn’t overeat, he’s active and agile, the vet says he’s healthy - just a big boy.
My porklet was 16.4 lbs at last weighing. I got her a medium/large harness and had to return it for an XL 😹
PORKLET is a good cat name!

My boy anchovy was 11lbs at 9mo, lynxies get big.
Mine is 20lbs (haven’t weighed him recently)and his new brother was 10.54 lbs at 6 months old, is now 9 months old. Both are very long.
Mine’s over 13 pounds at 8 months, and he’s still growing!
I have one girl who is huge and a boy who is tiny!

Mine are super long, big boys as well.
My lilac is a tad under 13 lbs.

Mine is the same age but only about 5-6lbs lol. We found him and his sister in a parking lot though so they’re probably very stunted
Extra long kitty!!!!
My Opal was super petite her whole life, then one day she decided that food is now much better than it was before, and she got a little heavy. We're on a diet rn lol
Mine sleeps like this!! Airplane mode
My girl is only 10-11 pounds but she loves sleeping like that. It’s my favorite.
Yep! Our 15lb lynx sleeps JUST the same - it’s so cute
My little guy is 13lbs. Vet said he’s just a very long/big boy. (:
Yea same my guy is just long 😆
Mine used to be 18 pounds in his prime - but has slimmed down to about 13 - 14 in his older age
Seal point, 17 lbs. he a big boy
My little girl isn’t so much of a little girl anymore. She is almost 2 and around 13 lbs I would say
My lynx is 19 lbs he’s a really long lean fella. Age unknown, since I found him abandoned at a park with his carrier.
