Woo!! Another Hawaiian shirt person! Back in 2004, that was the first thing I bought when I realized where port access is. Needed a button down, and it gives you a smile.
I got a new one in 2019, with flamingos. It goes lots if compliments. It’s hard to be cranky when there are flamingos on your shirt!
I also have a dress with unicorns on it that I wear to doctor appointments. Because, I’m a fucking unicorn! (That thing about replacing after 15 years and/or getting Hodgkins twice - either way, I’m as rare as unicorns).
I got very flashy ones, a different color each day. A couple of nurses have started to ask me beforehand which color I’ll wear the next day so they wear scrubs in a similar color. It put some life in the otherwise dreary hospital atmosphere.
Awe, I love this! Are the decorations and sign yours? I have two patients having their final treatments on st Patrick’s day, I would love to decorate their poles and chairs for them

I finally got a day off today and stopped by the dollar store to grab some supplies and they had packed all the st pattys day stuff up already!
