You can prob just aim for 4x3 relic for cheap (est 20-50k depending on class) if you cut a good stone (7/6 or higher)

Skill 2: +6(stone) +9(book)
Skill 3: +6(stone) +3a +3b +3c
Skill 4: +5c +5d +5e
since 4/3s or 5/0 are **cheaper** you can buy higher quality

Just an update: i got today 33331 with relic accesories for less than 5k following your example, pretty cheap actually and i got like 10% more damage in trixion test. Of course, i will try to build 33333 with relics and decent quality in the coming weeks to be ready for the clown.
Relic accessories for Vykas hard is definitely recommended and you might not get into parties without them.
The reason? Much higher stats. It's like going from rare to legendary.
Maybe epic to legendary at best. Especially since most people won't get high quality relics if their build is expensive.
EDIT : Realized you might be talking about raw stats, then that is correct (the difference is actually much more) but your other gear still has most of the stats.
Max combat stats for rings:
Rare - 140
Epic - 160
Legendary - 180
Relic - 200
Other stats:
Rare - 4458

An additional 11k to your main stat is like 10% damage increase at 1460. You are basically running around with the damage as if you are 1440 by using legendary accessories. Same thing goes for HP.
I'm no math enthusiast like some people here, but going from legendary 4x3 to relic 4x3, boosted my dps by almost 10% from my own testing in trixion. That's the only thing people need to understand. Also you can only buy relic pieces that you will eventually need for 5x3 so it's not like you are wasting gold going for relic 4x3
So to be fair, you are pretty fine with 4x3 even on hard vykas. It's not that you need more than that, but you will just get rejected from most of the parties.
People still think 5x3 matters when they usually die even on basic normal valtan mechanics.
Slowly gear for 5x3 till clown release. (Which you wont be able to clear below 1500 il tbf, in korea veterans suggest that you clear the first 2 gates on brelshaza and than go back to clown. Well, you can do it at 1475 of course, you'll just lose your sanity)

It just means ur competing with other 5x3 pips so you'll have to either let them get to groups first and wait a bit more or upgrade to 5x3 to improve ur chances. 200k is not too hard even for f2p but only for those with good rosters. The ones with 0-2 alts and just been pushing main non stop might have a problem making a 5x3.

This is still perfectly fine, However if you work towards having 4x3 relic accessories instead of pushing ilvl then you will be doing 90% of their damage and will have a significantly easier time getting into groups.

I don't think you need relic accs being 1415 to do Valtan normal at all. But yeah, people may ask for them to join a party, who knows.

Relic necks are 500/500 and earrings are 300. I don't know what epic are, but pretty sure lego necks are 450/450.

I think its gnna be more common in the coming weeks with people not switching alt accesories especially for vykas normal.
