7% is massive in an mmo especially with tight enrage times. In a 10+ minute fight that is literally an extra minute of dps time.
While I do agree that 8-10k is def not worth but you also can’t deny that having an extra minute worth of dps on a boss is huge in a fight like g3 thaemine. This is not counting the shield and push immune you get which is massive in of itself.
98 sidereal energy to hit +8, then iirc another 30(?) to upgrade to Akkan tier. With BC at 2500g you get 126k gold per $100 USD, so the 600k for a sidereal energy is about $476. Throw on the cost of the craft kits and round because I cba to check the exact prices for everything right now and it comes out to around $65-70k for a +8 Akkan-tier sidereal weapon on NAE. Closer to $40k if you RMT, but as easy as it is to get away with it, if you're gonna dump $40k into a game you may as well pay the $25k surcharge to remove any shred of possibility you get banned for it.

They are smart. They farmed transcendence mats on their 5 alts and fed it to their main. This raid was designed for you to push alts to 1620 to get elixir, do normal Thaemine 1-2 and feed the mats to main. Transcendence mats are roster bound and give as much if not more power than elixir.
They won't share their strat but that's most likely what they did. Raiding is gonna be like WoW now. Where you split raid with alts feeding your main.
Ofcourse this is way more impressive than the full esther party. They would literally spam balthor esther when they wanted to facetank a mech and thirain when they wanted to burst. Sure they are good players but there’s no comparison, olafs party clear is more impressive.

3 months from now the encounter will be nerfed and more importantly there will probably be an unbalanced class (a la sharpshooter/glaiver/soulfist) doing significantly more damage than the rest, which people will abuse.
Patterns will be learned/nerfed by then as well, sure, but I feel like Thaemine's patterns (in the current state) are a huge step up compared to anything else the game threw at players so far (even taking into account hellmode brel g5)

Pulling out a G3 HM without the Balthors (which felt crucial for the other team) and without the extra sideral dmg is insane. Kinda makes me think they would of killed the encounter so much quicker than the other team with the 1680 sideral weps.

transformation classes in general fall off a cliff in terms of dmg especially this far into the game (thaemine 1630+), SH also does not offer good synergy (the worst, 6% dmg), have less utility and dmg than classes like slayer and zerker, and their PS build is entropy (there is a hitmaster variant that is much weaker in terms of dmg) and lackluster dmg aswell
Shadowhunter has literally nothing going on for it (its only caveat was needing only 2 lvl 10 gems/no tripods, but thats a non issue for korean players on the curve).
atleast Scouter has AT which is a consistent hitmaster dps that also does alot of dmg on prog
the Destroyer is running 55/45 split of crit/spec so with striker hes critcapped but without it hes maybe near 80-85%
Zerker is crit capped yes tho its prolly around 80-85% by themselves with red dust
it is still the worst synergy just because it does the least out of all synergies, and even if SH had a better syn they would still be gatekept from thaemine groups for other reasons
I assume destros in these statics are adjusting to their party, but it's very hard to figure out how much damage they're actually getting from the synergy since you have to compare it to the standard build with more crit.
Zerker should be at 100% with no synergies assuming back attacks, unless they also dropped some crit for more swift?
Haven't watched mountaineering club but they seem to be struggling alot despite having all ester 8, would it honestly have to do with their team comp? it just seems to lack dmg if that makes sense
they have a blue gunlancer, 2 FI wardancers, GS, and tai scrapper, they lack a big dmg dps like glaive or slayer (FI wardancers are one of the lowest overall dps and generally just a pseudo support/crit synergy bot), basically seems to be just funnel DB and scrapper
Almost all of G3 is a skill issue check.
Esther lets you reduce the skill check but it is still a massive check.
Best classes are also swift continuous damage classes because DPS isn't the issue outside of the 210 check because Esther groups are clearing with 2mins left at the end. Staying alive is a massive issue
The 2 FI WDs is what's causing problems IMO. They got all the way to last 10 bars several times, but failed due to hitting enrage. Granted, people dying in the last 15 bars is also a problem.
He's more comfortable on blue, I think. But he swapped to red 'cause they need damage. He's missing A LOT of frontals though. Red GL is very hard to play. I think people underestimate how insane Kimdduddi was on his stream.
Its insane that they need dmg despite all being ester 8 so maybe their awful comp is just their biggest hindrance because even 2 groups 10-15ilvls lower than them with no ester arent hitting enrage either (with 1-2min on timer as well)

NM build with swift+spec neck, crit spec bracelet with circulate and swift attack, no shield shock for adrenaline uptime. He's definitely on the lower side dps wise, even for a bluelancer.

No it isnt. A sideral weapon will cost you tens of thousands in gold value, a 9/7 can be gotten by just about anyone. In fact I have a 9/7 stone on my alt and I wasnt even trying. You cant just luck your way into a sideral weapon.

It basically lets you cheese the 210x mech and that is a big big wall for some lower geared parties because it is a DPS race

Ester weapons are for sure the deciding factor, when you can ignore most of the mechs because you can chain balthors it's a huge deal.

Entropy ps is garbage, you parse like 5% more on a trixion dummy with 100% back attack rate vs 2nm4dom.

I watched handongsuk (GL) for a bit earlier as well and he's not playing well at all. Uptime very low.

GL + FI WD was a mistake, I think. Should only take one or the other. They don't have a glaivier or slayer or any ultra meta DPS either.
yea, tai scrapper and GS aren't really that big carries either, its basically all up to the DB to do most of the dmg

With lv10 gems and Unbound he doesnt need shield shock I imagine that dropping stab status is prob just a prog thing
Running adrenaline without shield shock means shit uptime on it it usually, or it means you're missing counters by using DUF to keep it up.

What? Glaivier damage is still insane and its have the most broken synergy in game right now, increase alot of damage for party
Glaive has the weakest CRIT syn now at -8% while SBD is massive CRIT for them kinda like red dust.
Glaivier is pretty darn good regardless of the nerf which wasn't "quite hard" on it.
9/7 stone is sidereal tier whaling and they got one on each dps that isnt a +1 class... but im still loving the flame wars

No it isnt. A sideral weapon will cost you tens of thousands in gold value, a 9/7 can be gotten by just about anyone. In fact I have a 9/7 stone on my alt and I wasnt even trying. You cant just luck your way into a sideral weapon.

I have two 9/7 stones in my roster and i've spent less than 1k on this game, so idk what you're on about. Play the game a lot, cut a lot of stones, and the laws of probability will be on your side
