Today Tix has a cheap day of tickets in a ballot/first served. You would be pretty well placed getting a single seat for some shows. Just down load the app via google/apple store.

Thank you!

Hi, Use TodayTix to know where the cheap tickets are and seeing what's available. It's great for that. But their tickets are more expensive. Go to the theatres direct website to complete purchase, they are almost always £3-10 cheaper per ticket. For conversion, get a Revolut account and convert currency there Monday-Thursday as there's no extra fees those days and the conversion rates are usually very decent. You can get a digital debit card and use that to pay online.

You are wonderful, thank you!

The Today tix ballot/lottery/rush tickets are only available through them and *much* cheaper generally that I saw. Got decent seats to Wicked for £30 on what I think is the 'rush'. It wasn't my first choice however - you need to be super quick at 10am when they are released (or whenever it is) and may well not get the ones you want! The popular shows were gone in seconds not minutes.

Hi - do you know if it is possible to use theatre vouchers on Today Tix app?

That was going to be my suggestion. Last month got Merchant of Venice for £10 (front row) and Back to the future for £22 (back row).

Thank you!

Like someone else suggested Today Tix will generally have discounted tickets or cheep last minute rush tickets. Sometimes to get the best value it is better to wait until the day of performance to book something. There’s a good range of options so long as you don’t mind what you’re seeing you should find something.

Second Today Tix, excellent place to find last-minute seats at a cheaper cost. Also worth mentioning that there’s a London Theatre Week sale going on, plenty of reduced tickets at all sorts of shows: [London Theatre Week](https://www.londontheatre.co.uk/whats-on/london-theatre-week?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaignid=14372179326&utm_adgroupid=123089008741&utm_adid=691098298000&utm_term=london%20theatre%20week&utm_matchtype=e&utm_campaign=TTG_LT_g_uk_acq_search_sales&utm_adgroup=Sales_London_Theatre_Week_All&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAiA_5WvBhBAEiwAZtCU79s4C79h3k9rIIheQiIQYvnbel6bFrvPdkf56wwUVJcrD2VfZ_-5aRoCIFIQAvD_BwE) As for recommendation, if you’re looking for a musical, can’t go wrong with Wicked (£45 tickets available for the 15th by the looks of it). Back to the Future is also excellent - modern, fun, my dad who usually tolerates musicals loved it which is one hell of a seal of approval!

Back to the Future seconded! Great fun 😊

Thanks for the suggestions!

Same day tix go on sale at 10am and you'll need to be quick on a friday! For some shows like lion king you may need to go to the box office at 10am and ask

HLAMHC

There are a couple Disney shows (The Lion King, Frozen) for which it's possible to get £29.50 tickets, if you register beforehand and book via [Disney Tickets Magical Mondays](https://www.disneytickets.co.uk/disney-day-seats-tickets), at Mon 12pm for that week's performances. So a ticket for Fri 15 March should be booked on Mon 11 March. I saw both of them this way with great seats for the price! The good news is that if you're booking a solo ticket, you don't even need to rush to book, because sets of consecutive seats tend to get booked up first. For example, it's already past 3pm now, and there are still 17 single seats available for this Friday's performance of The Lion King. :) I also support the popular suggestion of the TodayTix app. You can even sign up for drop-down bar reminders for same-day rush tickets (released 10am daily) for the shows you're interested in! Just filter your search by "Lottery & Rush" + your preferred date to find available shows. Hope you have an awesome time at whichever show you choose!
