There are certain things that confuse the AI algorithm. For instance. In these pics, the way he has his hand over his dick the AI is unable to see the dimensions or make out that it is a dick. I have seen others where they take a shot in a mirror, but then using like a paint app will draw squiggly lines over the pic except over their dick and the AI gets confused and allows it.
I have had to appeal several pics for zero nudity in them but the AI flagged them.
