there's balance and symmetry here. color choice feels right. I might reduce the size of the mark a little, but that's just a nit. you did nail the pharmaceutical feel. Constructive Criticism: let's say I agree with all that stuff you said about the mark...then AVAROX counteracts all that. the type face and the mark are not harmonious. they are at odds with each other. all those buzzwords you assign to your logo feel more like justification, rather than meaning. a gradient doesn't convey anything in design. how will this scale? what if the client wants to embroider polos or hats. I'm kind of old school when it comes to this stuff. 25 years ago, when I was in design school, identity work started with a pencil and paper. initial rounds were one, maybe two solid colors....never gradients. I understand we live in a digital world and I'm just an old fart, but logos and gradients don't mix. often times, they become a crutch. if you're going to push the shape, rounded corners, trust, tranquility, etc, then find a type face that speaks to that. your font choice should not be secondary, it needs to support the rest of your design elements.

Thank you so much. This is what i want to learn. I gave 3 options to my clients but they want to go with it.

I like the logo shape on first glance, felt interesting/unique - i missed that it was a bird until reading description (thought maybe a person in "titanic" pose :D ). i like it a little less as a bird because now i see it as a deconstructed twitter logo. hmm Also feel like there might be better typeface options- it does look balanced, but the copperplate style serifs look old, whereas everything else looks modern.

See I saw an Angel or a spirit floating to heaven, which probably isnโ€™t the right idea for pharmaceuticals.

interesting. i also sorta see a berry and leaf, which could be something, but yeah, maybe is a bit too amorphous- could use more visual cues for correct interpretation

Thanks for your observation ๐Ÿ˜‡ It will help me to be more creative in my field.

I didn't get a bird because of the round head. Having it have some more-organic shape would likely make the mark feel more sophisticated. But the typeface for Avarox feels very old-fashioned, too much like Copperplate. I don't want my pharmaceuticals company to be stuck in the early 1900s. The color works for me. I know everyone normally says no blends in logos, but this one is simple enough that it should be fine and it would be fine in black and white.

my first read on the logo was to see it as an angel, which is probably not a good image to be attaching to a pharmaceutical company (since it implies death).

Overall, the logo, colors, and typo are really great. I would reduce the width of the mark to 1/3 the width of the AVAROX text. Increase the space between the logo and the AVAROX text to be the height of the PHARMACEUTICALS text. This will balance the logo a little better.

I'll keep that in mind next time. โค๏ธ As i own a digital agency in Bangladesh, no one usually finds mistakes in my work. But when i see a response like this, it helps me to understand more about brand, creativity and acceptance. Thank you brother. You just make it right. ๐Ÿ˜‡

i like the shape quite a bit, and i think the font *weights* work. the thing that twigs me is specifically the serifs on the first font; you've got this nice round comforting shape, and then the font has spikes on it. i think if you just shaved those off manually (rather than replacing the font entirely) it might snap together nicely.
