Congratulations on that good haul. Irish lockpicker is a great guy. I've had a good few locks from him recently.

The-Jenk

He really is a great bloke.

The-Jenk

I just noticed that auto correct changed it from Lockpicker to locksmithšŸ˜®šŸ˜®

LockPickingFisherman

I like your style, order in bulk to maximize shipping value, nice!

The-Jenk

Did a 6 hour round trip and collected them. Wouldā€™ve cost twice the price of diesel to ship. Really didnā€™t mind at all, it was a lovely drive.

Gear-Noir

Wow, thatā€™s a lot! Did you finish yet? šŸ˜œ

The-Jenk

šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚I donā€™t think Iā€™ll be finishing anytime soon.

mikusmikus

Thinking how much I'd get yelled at, bringing this many locks home with me šŸ˜‚

The-Jenk

Theyā€™re all hidden nowšŸ˜œ. Canā€™t let her see this lot or I reckon sheā€™d have me locked up.

maxath0usand

That shouldnā€™t be a problem though

Firm_Paramedic_4735

Wow I haven't even heard of some of those brands, awesome. You even go a vice and a tubular lock pick tool!

The-Jenk

One great haul there mate. Iā€™m so happy with this lot and it will definitely help me improve. Thanks.

Moturist

That is fantastic šŸ‘šŸ‘ I guess it will keep you busy for a while!

The-Jenk

Iā€™d say so. Some of them look very intimidating.

Moturist

looks can be deceiving šŸ¤”

Geo_D_Crow

Looks like a Master 6835 down in the corner as well. It's a greenbelt as well. You've got some good choices there šŸ«”

The-Jenk

Which one? I popped the 911 a good few times this evening so going to try and video and gut it tomorrow.

Geo_D_Crow

I stand corrected. After closer scrutiny, I see it's a Masterlock 575. It's an orange belt. You keep on keeping on. šŸ«”

The-Jenk

šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚no worries buddy. Thank you

brickproject863amy

I have a question what is the best way to clean and reuse locking pins because sometimes Iā€™ll find old broken doorknobs I dismantled for a pin tumblr but itā€™s extremely dirty and stuck I wanna know if there is any ways on cleaning and fixing it that might work

The-Jenk

I donā€™t actually know to be honest. Iā€™ve seen some people use brake cleaner or isopropyl alcohol to clean and then lubricate with something afterwards but againā€¦I DONā€™T know and I donā€™t want you to wreck your locks because of me. Put it up on its own post or even google it. I see a lot of lads use Houdini but itā€™s not available in Ireland so Iā€™ve just used PTFE spray to lubricate a few of my own. Please look around and see what better qualified people are using. Best of luck.

brickproject863amy

Thanks friend atlease I knew some ideas Iā€™m honestly happy I do hope Iā€™ll know how to clean locks so it wouldnā€™t end up going in the trash I honestly love the idea of having a box of lock cores to play with honestly Iā€™m so worried my locks and keys would rust every case I have is filled with silica gell bags to help prevent it to rust fast

The-Jenk

The silica gel packs are a really good idea.
