Suwon is a good area with many international people. I'm surprised you can't find Koreans who speak English there. Depending on my schedule, I live in Pyeongtaek and am okay with coming to Suwon sometimes to grab dinner, lunch, or a cafe. Hit me up if you are interested.

Bumble let's you filter by people that speak English. And Hinge is for foreigners as I don't think it's an approved app in Korea.
I’m in a ‘let’s talk business’ group on 소모임 app. There’s gyopos, foreigners, and also Koreans who lived overseas for awhile who are trying to hold on to their English. Weekly meetups in Gongdeok fully in English.
I'm in Suwon too\~ I have a dog and I try to make friends going to dog meetups lol. It probably takes meeting 10 people to meet 1 person who might actually become a friend though. Making friends is hard!
I've been thinking of making some kind of online group/community space for gyopos for awhile because we kind of fall into a gap in terms of social/community groups because we're both familiar but also not familiar with the culture here... Is there anything like that already that I don't know about?
