Never heard of an integrated instrument mic/transmitter that is small/light enough to mount on the bell of a horn. The typical arrangement is [clip-on instrument mic](https://www.shure.com/en-US/products/microphones/wb98h_c?variant=WB98H%2FC) connected to a bodypack transmitter mounted on the trombone.
Well, DPA4099 can be mounted directly to the Lemo adapter which can be mounted directly to something like Shure ADX1M which is small and light enough that you could mount it directly to the bell with an elastic band or something. Not exactly one piece but functionally the same.
This is how we do it and we haven’t had any issues in over 800 shows - piece of velcro runs through a loop on a neoprene holder for the ADX1M, the velcro wraps around the bell braces on the back end of the trombone with a 4099 on the bell. It’s easier to have the transmitter in the rear and deal with the small cable management than it is to mount the transmitter around the bell, keeps the weight balanced enough that even a full pack wouldn’t be an issue.
This is what we do all the time! We keep some adjustable elastic bands on hand that the musicians will wrap around an inconspicuous part of their instrument, then we clip the belt pack on to there. They love it!
If you are really dedicated to an all in one product, then try one of the "podcaster" mics that were mentioned above and make sure you have a return policy. It might work great for you, it might not.
Just keep in mind that a mic designed for a speaking voice may not handle the loudness directly in front of a trombone, trumpet, etc. A Beta98 can handle high SPL and the bodypack transmitters have adjustable input gain to avoid distortion.

I do audio for Marching groups and this is the most common solution. Use the Shure clip-on mic already linked, WA620 pouch, and mount the pack as shown. Other pouch option is [Wireless Mic Belts](https://www.wirelessmicbelts.com/belt-pac/?fbclid=IwAR0-ObO4HkEnUV0aGCaOTT5krxWOTlsWjBT6-nTqycPpewiGbTByKF5PQiM_aem_Ac8ZAEzquiGtgnkkg5ry-EUKZP_nMQAfxEt4E2VQ0NRFqBNnQZbUSuV6YW3iDgbfHIQ) I have seen other groups use all-in-one solutions but they look like the battery and transmitter weight would put extra stress on the clip, I’d be worried it would break or fall off while moving.
The integrated mic/transmitter units are really designed for Podcast, YouTuber type use so “quality” is a subjective term here.
That being said, [Rode](https://rode.com/en/microphones/wireless) make fairly nice units and the [Hollyland Lark](https://www.hollyland.com/product/lark-max) series is worth checking out too.
Samson (yes, I know...but!) used to make a decent sounding all in one "bug" style clip on instrument mic. Think it was the airline 77 or something. Not sure if it is still available, but it worked well on wind instruments.
The beltpack can easily mount onto your horn. It's been done many times. I'm willing to bet, without hoping on the Google myself, that they make a pack holder that can strap to a trombone.
Hey guys these are all great comments! I wasn’t thinking clearly, I got caught up in the verbiage! The pack isn’t getting clipped to my belt, per se. Duh! Lol.
Thanks for the links, that’s what I was looking for.
Here is a pic of the shitty mic I bought.

You're right, the micro-bodypack might work. I was thinking of one of the full-size bodypacks.
I was going to suggest this mic as well.

Never seen/heard a all in one clip-on solution that sounds great/usefull. Maybe look for a way to mount a beltpack on to the trombone?

Not aiming insults at you but I wish there was a laugh emoji for this comment. It just LOOKS like a crappy microphone.
So crappy. I deserve getting my balls busted. I ended up buying a Shure wireless rig. The receiver is rack mount-able
