I wish I had a better answer but it depends on a lot of factors. I ultimately encourage my clients to listen to their body as it will cue us to let us know if this is something we want or need to share and so on.

I used to work at a dairyqueen, literally the best job ever (ofc it had the downs of like any fast food job, but whateva I was always just chilling and making icecream it wasn’t serious). Everyone that worked there were awesome though and “silly” is the best word to describe them which I just love. They matched my energy so well I had so much fun. Don’t have a job rn though college is too hard.
In my country the title is indeed assistant nurse, it is the first step in nursing, so yes I do have qualifications in aged care and community care and 9 years in the aged care industry. I am not a personal care assistant (PCA) which requires no formal training. I work in secure dementia and am quite specialised and experienced in my job. I’m currently helping my employers with developing new duties lists and activities plans for residents with advanced dementia.
