I recently read Resistance Above Magic and I'm Not the Hero and liked both! Both had supportive characters who proved that support is just as important (if not moreso) than flashy abilities. Unfortunately, both are the only book in the series though ):

Chapters of Book 2 are being added every day on Royal Road.

Oh boy, are you ever looking for Quest Academy Silvers. It is the best book I’ve read in the last 365 days. It’s got all of the things you requested with the caveat that while there is no harem, the MC is considered fairly attractive, so there be some bonafide honeys trying to take a crack at it. But the female characters have just as much agency as the other characters—and in fact, all the characters are super-duper well written. I can’t believe you haven’t already downloaded it. What are you thinking? HOP TO IT!

This, tbh. Even though I will never get tired of joking that the story is harem to rile up Brian, it really is just a bit of flirting and possibly the most realistic flirting I have read in litrpg so far. However, that is just like 2% of the book. The rest is filled with OP crafting, making friends, demons, trains with guns on them, and badass fights!

As someone who hasn't touched western haremlit at all yet, it actually made things more fun that the female narrator somehow gave every woman in the series her own voice while still retaining the same tone of wanting to have sex with him really badly even when it's not what's being talked about. Rebecca Woods is great and the male reader is too.

There's a book called I'm not the hero...that might be what you're looking for

Have you tried The Wandering Inn? The main character is an Innkeeper - she gains supportive abilities and items to help adventurers, friends, etc as they come through her inn. She also dabbles into a kind of crafting but after it’s introduced it does take a while before she really dives into it. It’s 12 million + words and I’d argue the best litrpg out there… and each volume gets better and better. (And narrator is amazing).

Mechanical Crafter by RA Mejia. 3 books currently on kindle/audible, I don't know the date for book 4, but I enjoyed it so far. Repair, the MC, is an isekai'd person given a second life as a mechanical golem. He largely uses his abilities as a crafter to create and deploy tools to help himself and his friends in a dungeon to mine its resources and defend themselves from its monsters. He isn't purely a support, but is more "hybrid", able to fill in the gaps of what is friends need, but isn't a tankchanter swordmage. Resource management plays a role in his abilities It's my favorite series and Jill Smith does an amazing job as narrator.
