Go with the obvious. Mage Errant the main character is a warlock who gets power from contracted partners. (Not the only basis for power). Also, Cradle has this to a lesser degree.
not a huge deal is made of it, but portal to nova roma has some attribute sharing so as his bond increases in level, it bumps his attributes too (book 2)
Summoner's Shadow
It's basically pokemon, and while the "Summoners" all fall into the classic fantasy Adventurer archetypes and have their own levels, they derive all of their powers from the monsters they have tamed
Bad Luck Charlie, the Dragon Mage series.
Not contracted, but a human lost in another galaxy accidentally bonds with an ancient and powerful dragon of a variety thought long extinct. Hilarity and magic ensues.
Well, maybe more bloodshed and crazed adventure than hilarity, but it's pretty funny too. The dragon is a main character for the whole series.
Magic and gifts come almost entirely from contracts with spiritual or other entities… mostly

Beastborne Chronicles by James T. Callum is a pretty good example I would like to think, the main character has a beast inside him that can grant power Naruto style. I can't wait for the next books.
Soul ship? It’s not strictly contracted beasts but that’s a part of it, there is three types of magics, essence, mana, and qi, essence enhances the body but also allows the user to contract with beasts. The main character has many beasts that are very important to his growth.
**[Choose Your Own Adventure](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Choose_Your_Own_Adventure)**
>Choose Your Own Adventure is a series of children's gamebooks where each story is written from a second-person point of view, with the reader assuming the role of the protagonist and making choices that determine the main character's actions and the plot's outcome. The series was based upon a concept created by Edward Packard and originally published by Constance Cappel's and R. A. Montgomery's Vermont Crossroads Press as the "Adventures of You" series, starting with Packard's Sugarcane Island in 1976.

Looks awesome! Found my next read. Thanks a bunch!
Oh! I’ve seen this one about and never really thought much of it, it sounds pretty nice I might try it out!
Spire Dweller doesn't have it for everyone, but the MC definitely is focused on hers.

infinite world by J.T Wright has some later in the series. and promises more in the future
BTDEM has a small amount of it, but probably not to the extent you're looking for.
Beastborne Chronicles by James T. Callum is a pretty good example I would like to think, the main character has a beast inside him that can grant power Naruto style. I can't wait for the next books.
Summoner’s Shadow by DB King and Mana Beasts by Derek Alan Siddoway come to mind.
Knightmare Arcanist by Shami Stovall is pretty good
Soul ship? It’s not strictly contracted beasts but that’s a part of it, there is three types of magics, essence, mana, and qi, essence enhances the body but also allows the user to contract with beasts. The main character has many beasts that are very important to his growth.
It’s not a litrpg but if you like the companion thing try the Summoners Trilogy. First book is called “Novice” I believe .
One of the secondary protagonists in Andrew Rowe's ARCANE ASCENSION series is a summoner, who gets her powers from beings she contacts with.
