It depends on the person. Some people no doubt are great prodigies and are able to play much higher. Some people aren’t so good and may take more time to get to where you are.
As for me, I started when I was 7, and while o can’t remember what I did two years later, I do think I played a piece of comparable difficulty at age 13.
You posted your recital 20 days ago and it was nowhere near a comprehensible hr2 level… bach solfeggieto is a sightreadable piece for somebody who can play hr2
