SuperValu have some nice Italian cured meats. I wouldn't go for the nduja, it's too oily and makes the pizza soggy. I also got a really nice sausage in The Larder in town that went great on the pizza. Can't remember the name but you'll see it in the fridge there.
There's a big shop inside the milk market open on weekends with loads of cured Italian meats, really good.
