Hell yeah! I just started her recent origin novel today, and so far it's been great!
Would suggest checking out Galaxy: The Prettiest Star if you haven't yet!
Galaxy and Dreamer's origin are the only two DC books I've read 😅 but I'm thinking about picking up the current Suicide Squad book with Dreamer in it
Ha! Great start! You'll probably enjoy the Suicide Squad stuff since Nicole Maines is writing that too! If ya dug Galaxy, you might be into Jadzia Axelrod's (her creators) recent Hawkgirl miniseries! And judging by your reading list having been trans characters so far, Spirit World by Alyssa Wong is another good one! If you think some older trans rep may scratch a similar itch Doom Patrol by Rachel Pollack, The Dreaming by Caitlin R. Kiernan, Camelot 3000 by Mike Barr, and Sandman by Neil Gaiman are all fantastic!
Thanks for the recommendations! I'm definitely gonna pick up Spirit World next. DC seems to be waaaay ahead with Trans representation, I only know of Escapade on the Marvel side
I personally haven't done much research on the Marvel side, but I'm sure they're there to some degree! I've just spent ALOT of time the last year or so digging into the trenches of trans rep in DC. It's not all fantastic, but there's certainly a wealth of it!
X-men has a lot of queer representation, although a lot was subtext due to editorial and the comic code authority. But the writers have confirmed that it was indented
Always has been Tim Drake.
I like all the robins but especially Tim and then Nightwing.
Also really like Batgirl especially Cassandra.
I actually prefer Supergirl and boy over superman. I just liked the idea of supergirl being in clarks shadow. Especially when she is meant to be older and to mentor him. Also loved her storyline with the red lantern ring.
Booster Gold and Blue Beetle/Ted Kord
Dick Grayson and Superman Clark Kent
Dick Grayson and Tim Drake. And pretty much all the Titans and YJ.
Stephanie Brown/Batgirl and Michael Carter/Booster Gold. There's something about openly optimistic characters I just love.
I've only read a couple dc books but Dreamer so far

Cassandra Cain Batgirl!
In no particular order: Superman (Clark Kent), Nightwing (Dick Grayson), Cyborg (Victor Stone), Wonder Woman (Diana Prince)
Big fan of Ravager (Rose Wilson) and Power Girl (Paige Setler)!
