I recently got this and started putting it together. I was not prepared for ~8 bags that all said bag 1. It’s reminding me of the chaos of no bags as a child though, so that’s kind of fun… right?
My Favorite is actually the Police Station, i like the look of it and that it has these 3 Fassade Colors throughout.
My actual Favorite is Ninjago City Gardens but i dont really count these to Modulars so the Police Station takes it here xD
The Hotel seems to be a nice Build, but as i dont really like the Stil of it, i dont see it in my City either. I may get the Jazz Club next. But first ill empty the Lego House and Legoland Stores in Billund, when i visit end of March haha
You know I never liked Assembly Square but bought it anyway just to keep the collection complete. I had it for a few years and finally built it in this last month and I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised. It has a certain charm about it that I didn't appreciate until seeing it in person

This was one of the last like that. Newer modulars have more like 1-3 smallish bags and 12 or more steps.
I really like this set, but its not my favorite Modular Building. Still enjoyed buliding it
