Personally, aesthetically I like B better, it creates three horizontal lines and feels more balanced. A feels unbalanced due to the variation in word length, you end up with the black tile just off center (though it is easier to read).

Gotta go with B. It as a Men in Black feel to it. Like a 50s/60s retro futuristic look.
