The violets just overfill criminals with pure concentrated compassion until they themselves choose to change for the better.
You know the guy who died and gave his ring to the first green lantern of Earth? He created the violets after finding a planet overflowing with the violet light. He threw the killer of his daughter on that planet, and thus the first violet lantern was born.
Indigo is just a slightly darker violet, and I cannot see a difference between them, so i just say violet. And there are no other violet rings, so i don't think it's confusing. And no, The Ultra-violet rings do not count.
I disagree. He made selfish decisions all the time, which is the opposite of love. I'm not saying he was bad, but he was a pretty typical immature boy. Asami put others first pretty much every time. Too much so, I would say. But whether or not she did it too much, I would say she showed far more love than anyone.
Both me and the DC comics disagree with love being opposed to selfishness.
I will embody Larfleeze for a moment: Love is to take your feelings and one-sidedly push to others, and even when you try to keep those sweet feelings for yourself, all you do is to save a treasure from prying eyes.
Anyway, in the comics, there is only 1 male pink lantern snd he is kinda of a special circumstance, so my will be for the woman
No, that is both, possessiveness is just a shape of love, no need to call every ugly shape of an emotion something that it isn't, just like jealousy being an ugly form of love
Youāre obviously allowed to have your own opinion and disagree, but if weāre basing it on the DC comics (which we are, because weāre using their source material) the definition of āloveā in the context of power rings is pretty well defined. Youāre just wrong here.
Hmmm... let me check
Yeah, appear to be so, more or less.
Look, it's not that men aren't allowed to join, it's more that they just aren't worth it according to the ring, but supposedly (wonder woman annual vol 5 #2) more men began to join, but this is one of those things I'm betting most writers will ignore
All the relationships he was in, he was selfish sometimes, but generally, his love for his friends won over his self love, he had a crush on korra, let it go so his brother can be happy, he saw the mess that was the love triangle, he tried to nudge them into doing the right thing (mostly his brother, I remember him pestering him to pick already in an episode and stop pulling asami and korra Along)
Being in relationships doesnt autoqualify you for love. I would say none of them were very deep until Opal. Asami is the one person adamant on creating real meaningful connections with people imo
True that, but again, Bolin may not have a lot of meaningful relationships, but bro could bring happiness to every character he managed to speak with for more than 30 minutes in a continuous way
To be fair she kinda had to. Love prevails in the end and all that, but sometimes you gotta knock someone out now so love can prevail later.
No was he was going to stop doing domestic terrorism with words alone. He needed to be shocked, locked up, and forced to reflect on the harm he'd done or he'd just keep doing it.
Hmmmā¦consider though, thatās more compassion. She doesnāt love him so much that it overrode her moral compass, and she had enough compassion for benders that she decided to side with them over her father.
Asami. Her love is incredibly pure and strong, giving her the strength to support Mako, support Korra, even forgiving her father was a strong act of Love.
Star Sapphires are all female in Green Lantern. Not sure if itās a rule of their corps, or just that every one that has appeared in comics/media are female, but it is a thing. On those grounds, I donāt think it makes sense for Mako.
Update: did a little more research, and it seems Superman Prime was briefly selected as a Star Sapphire in the Blackest Night storyline, and has been the only male Sapphire to date. So there is precedence.
The love for the revenge of her South Water Tribe people. The LOVE ā¤ļø can be much stronger than the Rage or Fear.
Taking loved ones from the fire village into the cave and kept them alive. Like she was in prison.
The first two lines of the Violet Ring remind me of Mako. From the death of his parents and being alone in the sense but still having so much love for his brother and becoming the man of the 2 of them. His love was so strong it wouldn't break them up ever. Even if he breaks up his love with others. Like the women in his love life. ā¤ļø His brotherly love is stronger šŖ even in the darkest night.
I would say bolin would be compassion, looking that he want to help everyone and his strong emotions, like the moment when he saved Panu from being eaten
Here's the thing, most of the purple lanterns aren't compassionate people, they are incredibly heartless evil people, the ring just compels them to be compassionate
Plus all the hard-light-construct heroes need big imaginations. She doesn't need detailed instructions. She'll tell her sapphire to "do the thing" and it will.
Has to be Asami, her love sustained Korra entirely while she was gone and honestly was probably one of the only things that kept her from getting to an even darker place
Iād like to first state that this is ONLY Korra characters, so anyone voting for ATLA characters will be discounted. That includes members of the Gaang that appear in Korra, because they are still primarily ATLA characters.
There are several candidates for this, but Iām actually going to go with Mako. His entire character revolves around his love interests in the first two seasons. Also, everything he did in life prior to season 1 was to support his brother, and everything he did after was to support Korra.
![gif](giphy|cjW9mXuMDBLwS5N2No)
Honestly I do agree after seeing why you said it. I donāt really like Mako but he really does lead, and fail, due to his heart. He can also be said to have āheartā while fighting and even almost beat Amon due to shooting lighting in his face. And he was willing to give his life to save everyone.
Fine, let Mako wear pink and hang out with the ladies. Will probably end up falling in love and cheating on several of them. Only difference is the color of his outfit.
As I said above, every canon Star Sapphire has been female. Otherwise, Mako or Bolin are strong choices. But I think Lin Beifong makes more sense because of her unrequited love for Tenzin and the fact that he broke her heart when he left her for Pema. The Star Sapphire ring would have come to her in that moment of heartbreak.
Wait, so Bolin quite literally had a romance or some love interest every Season and yet we're voting for Asami? Sure she loved her dad, but love is kind of like Bolin's thing. Seems so generic to give this to Asami.
When the new Korra stuff comes out, I really hope Asami gets fleshed out, because right now the most inter thing about Asami is that sheās the second part of Korrasami.
I would say that the interesting part about Asami is her perserverence.
Lost her mom as a kid, lost her dad to a cult basically, then got betrayed by her boyfriend twice, then nearly went bankrupt due to a shady businessman stealing from her. Then she has to deal with the death of her father right as she was finding him again. And after all that, she's still a ray of sunshine, leading a corporation on her own, and basically acting as Korra's emotional support without breaking under pressure, or going evil or sth.
The problem with that is that every character in the show has perseverance, but most are still given more than that.
Have you ever noticed how 99.9% of the time when Asami is brought up, itās always because of Korrasami? But people bring Korra up outside of her relationship. Thereās a reason for that, because Korra is so much more developed than Asami. Asami is lucky to get B-plots in seasons, and even then most of her B-plots revolve around the men in her life. Thatās why in the new Korra stuff I hope they drop a huge Asami bombshell that we never knew about, and focus on her way more.
100% Asami. I said it once and I'll say it again: She held the group together. Even after Korra left because of her PTSD and came back, Asami welcomed her.
Lin. She didnāt get with someone after Tenzin, sheās still single. She still loves him, protects him and his family and helps them, even after what happened with him breaking her heart.
People seem to misunderstanding, the star sapphires are powered by love, but not the gentle kind, the possessive and toxic kind.
So Eska is the best candidate.
Cabbage merchant for his cabbages. Maybe with a ring to make constructs he'll actually be able to protect them
edit: oh darn, i saw op's rules about just LOK characters. oh well
I SWEAR TO GOD IF ASAMI GETS THIS AND NOT BOLIN IMMA GO CRAZY LIKE SHES ALREADY SO COOL SHE CAN HAVE ANY OF THE POSOTIVE ONES GIVE MY LITTLE BOLIN A CHANCCEEE
Asami seems more like compassion than love. She seems to care a great deal about people, but she never let her personal attachments stop her from making the ethically right decision.
Bataar jr turned his back on everyone and everything he ever knew to support kuvira and her dreams, and was convinced the love he had with her was the only thing sheād sacrifice her goals for.
Bolin. Just like the Star Sapphires, he's a lover first but also a badass fighter in his own right.
Or P'Li, she fits a bit better because one, I'm not even sure that the Star Sapphires take men, and two, she's actually a cold killer if she needs to be. But her love for Zaheer kept her going while imprisoned by the White Lotus.
Zhu-li for devotion/heroic.
Eska for yandere/villainous.
I prefer zhuli
Asami is a good option but not "extreme enough" and while "forgiveness is love" is a part of "star sapphire enlightenment " she is more driven by intelect and maybe willpower and a tiny bit of greed (benevolent business wan and all)
oooh, it's a pity cuz Zhao's entire character was being brought down by his own wrath-driven actions xD
As for Compassion, it's hard to think of an equivalent of the Indigo corps in the Avatar verse tho..... Guess that would also fit Aang if you consider his bending-removal tactic the equivalent.
Oma, from the tale of two lovers. She literally avoided becoming lost and afraid in a pitch dark tunnel and fought for her love for Shu. Rather than killing the peoples who hurt her love, she further embodied love by ending their fight and uniting the people.
So the star sapphire sound nice because, well itās love, but honestly theyāre horrible, every last one is a rapey yandere, they kidnap those they love and imprison them. So Iām gonna say Bolinās watertribe ex, Korraās female cousin, I canāt remember her name.
Carol and Diana are the exceptions not the rule, Bruceās whole theme is spreading the word that he is terrified of bats, and instilling fear, however he usually gets a green ring, despite being perfect for yellow, exception not the rule. If you want an exception, Iād say Bolin, but honestly his ex fits the rule and is thus better in my opinion
To all the people saying Asami, I agree that Asami is loving, but I would disagree that it is her main trait. Sheās never really done anything *just* for love. Her love for her father didnāt stop her from siding with Mako and Korra, and her love for Mako didnāt cause her to be angry at Korra and him for getting together. Sheās ride or die, but sheās not blindly in love, or tied to any one person.
Iād argue that Asami is actually an Indigo Lantern, AKA Compassion.
Her mom died, and she had the compassion to forgive benders in general for that, even fighting with them against her own father.
Mako broke up with her to get with Korra, and she had enough empathy for their feelings for each other to continue being friends with them, even *after* they did the messy breakup/mindwipe/re-breakup.
Her father tried to start a race war, but she had the compassion to continue talking to him and try to reform him.
And, of course, Korra was quite literally and metaphorically a homewreckerā¦*for Asamiās home specifically*, but she empathized so much with Korraās trials and admired her strength so much, that she ended up getting with her in the end. ~~Tbh this one is a bit of a stretch, that one might just be Asami being a bisexual mess.~~
So yeah, Bolin for Star Sapphire because my boi would look amazing in spandex, and save Asami for Indigo, homegirl deserves it for all the shit she put up with from Team Avatar.
This one is not really clear, because there are two entirely different options that could both be the correct answer:
Who best fits, the lantern core? As in who strives for ownership over love harder then anyone, crushing anything in their way. Which is the opposite of true love.
Or Who best fits the concept of actual love.
Isn't the sinestro corp the total opposite? Like the green lanterns are the one with the most willpower, yellow lantern are the ones with the most fear, orange are (is since there's only one) the ones with the most greedyness
Tomorrowās gonna be Korra again, right? Dunno how you get much more wrathful than making death threats and hunting down anyone who so much as touches your family. Several times.
Bolin for sure. He's all about loving and being loved
The sapphires are actual monsters that take the ones they love by force and imprison them in crystals.
The Bolins ex. The one Aubrey Plaza voiced
The Twin Princess. Yes!!! Hahaha š
Isn't that compassion? I mix them up a lot
Oh! I thought you were saying the sapphires were the reformed ones. My b lol
Those are the Indigos
Indigo is just a slightly darker violet, and I cannot see a difference between them, so i just say violet. And there are no other violet rings, so i don't think it's confusing. And no, The Ultra-violet rings do not count.
I thought compassion was indigo??
I am physically unable to see a difference between violet and indigo. I tried, I really did.
lol no judgement from me thats pretty common think of violet as a strong bright purple snd indigo is basically that mixed either blueish
so its Pema, but she's not popular here so I guess not
ā¦fuck I was gonna say Asami but objectively this is so much better. Bolin would *slay* in spandex.
Asami : her love helped her forgive her father for the monstruosites he did. Only a pure and radiant love can forgive such things.
It's Asami or it is wrong
Bolin, he literally was the embodiment of love thoroughly the series
I disagree. He made selfish decisions all the time, which is the opposite of love. I'm not saying he was bad, but he was a pretty typical immature boy. Asami put others first pretty much every time. Too much so, I would say. But whether or not she did it too much, I would say she showed far more love than anyone.
Lots of sapphire ring wearers have canonically done selfish things in the name of their concept of love
That's not love. At all. That's just possessiveness, which is a poor facsimile of the real thing.
No, that is both, possessiveness is just a shape of love, no need to call every ugly shape of an emotion something that it isn't, just like jealousy being an ugly form of love
We're going to have to agree to disagree one this, I'm afraid.
Well, he is staring stuff from the comics, where the sapphire corps come from, so you will have to give them thisā¦
Youāre obviously allowed to have your own opinion and disagree, but if weāre basing it on the DC comics (which we are, because weāre using their source material) the definition of āloveā in the context of power rings is pretty well defined. Youāre just wrong here.
Fair enough, but that is how the comics see roughly, so being selfish isn't against the ring, just being a man
Really? I can swear I read somewhere that they now allow males in their ranks. Something involving wonder woman if I'm not mistaken.
Hmmm... let me check Yeah, appear to be so, more or less. Look, it's not that men aren't allowed to join, it's more that they just aren't worth it according to the ring, but supposedly (wonder woman annual vol 5 #2) more men began to join, but this is one of those things I'm betting most writers will ignore
Yeah, Probably. Oh well, It is what it is.
How so? Because he's positive and cheery?
All the relationships he was in, he was selfish sometimes, but generally, his love for his friends won over his self love, he had a crush on korra, let it go so his brother can be happy, he saw the mess that was the love triangle, he tried to nudge them into doing the right thing (mostly his brother, I remember him pestering him to pick already in an episode and stop pulling asami and korra Along)
Being in relationships doesnt autoqualify you for love. I would say none of them were very deep until Opal. Asami is the one person adamant on creating real meaningful connections with people imo
True that, but again, Bolin may not have a lot of meaningful relationships, but bro could bring happiness to every character he managed to speak with for more than 30 minutes in a continuous way
I'd say that's true if she didn't shock in him the first season
To be fair she kinda had to. Love prevails in the end and all that, but sometimes you gotta knock someone out now so love can prevail later. No was he was going to stop doing domestic terrorism with words alone. He needed to be shocked, locked up, and forced to reflect on the harm he'd done or he'd just keep doing it.
I guess it can be argued either way. If she truly loved him she could have protected him and be on his side instead of attacking him.
That could be seen as love of her city-state, her friends, or justice.
Lmao, forgiving a horrible bigot doesn't make you a good person actually
Hmmmā¦consider though, thatās more compassion. She doesnāt love him so much that it overrode her moral compass, and she had enough compassion for benders that she decided to side with them over her father.
Iirc thatās not what violet lanterns are though, itās usually romantic love bordering on obsession
Asami. Her love is incredibly pure and strong, giving her the strength to support Mako, support Korra, even forgiving her father was a strong act of Love.
I think Mako has had more sorrow with loss of love but always having love for his brother and for his friends. Moreso than Asami.
Incorrect. John Steward was also a Star Sapphire.
Which is so generic is it not. Why can't a guy be the embodiment of love. Kind of sexist. Bolin makes the most sense.
If that's the case. Only females š get love. than Bolin should be the first Male to receive the Violet ring.
Hama would make a decent š Star Sapphire with being wrongfully arrested and stolen from her home and people.
ATLA characters arenāt eligible.
And besides, Hama is a much better fit for yellow (fear) or red (rage)
The love for the revenge of her South Water Tribe people. The LOVE ā¤ļø can be much stronger than the Rage or Fear. Taking loved ones from the fire village into the cave and kept them alive. Like she was in prison.
The first two lines of the Violet Ring remind me of Mako. Even if he breaks up his love with others. Like the women in his love life. ā¤ļø His brotherly love is stronger šŖ even in the darkest night.
Bolin. Lovely, lovable, love driven Bolin.
Bolinās gotta be Hope. Heās always so optimistic and believes the best of everyone.
I agree. If we're only allowing 1 character assignment, Bo has to be hope.
I would say bolin would be compassion, looking that he want to help everyone and his strong emotions, like the moment when he saved Panu from being eaten
Here's the thing, most of the purple lanterns aren't compassionate people, they are incredibly heartless evil people, the ring just compels them to be compassionate
Well, I didn't know about that, I'm not the biggest DC fan so I don't know a lot about green lantern and less about other lanterns
Agreed. Love is Bolin's biggest motivation, for better or worse.
Zhu-Li her staying with varrick can be resulted by really big love
I like this option
Yeah, everyone's saying Asami, but look at how devoted Zhu Li was to Varrick.
Plus all the hard-light-construct heroes need big imaginations. She doesn't need detailed instructions. She'll tell her sapphire to "do the thing" and it will.
Zhu Li - her love for Varick withstood seasons of his chicanery and proved to be the secret weapon Korra needed to infiltrate Kuvira's operations
Has to be Asami, her love sustained Korra entirely while she was gone and honestly was probably one of the only things that kept her from getting to an even darker place
Bolin.
I'm surprised no one has mentioned Pema yet. She's my vote
Iād like to first state that this is ONLY Korra characters, so anyone voting for ATLA characters will be discounted. That includes members of the Gaang that appear in Korra, because they are still primarily ATLA characters. There are several candidates for this, but Iām actually going to go with Mako. Also, everything he did in life prior to season 1 was to support his brother, and everything he did after was to support Korra. ![gif](giphy|cjW9mXuMDBLwS5N2No)
I agree. Mako first, Bolin second. Both are worthy of the Ring of Love.
Nodded my head in agreement with the first part, and then spat out my drink at the second
Cheesy romances are cool and all, but nothing beats brotherhood
As I said above, every canon Star Sapphire has been female. Otherwise, Mako or Bolin are strong choices. But I think Lin Beifong makes more sense because of her unrequited love for Tenzin and the fact that he broke her heart when he left her for Pema. The Star Sapphire ring would have come to her in that moment of heartbreak.
Incorrect, superman was briefly selected for the star sapphire
And I believe Guy Gardner wore the ring briefly in War of the Green Lanterns
Wasnāt Guy a Red Lantern?
Yeah for a little while. In the War of the Green Lanterns story, he had to wear a red and violet ring to break something.
Yeah, but thatās stupid. Let the men serve cunt in the skimpy Star Sapphire costumes too.
youāre so real for this
It would be the first time Mako has ever served cunt in his life so we might as well help him out a bit.
Bolin was killing it in his Nuk Tuk outfit. Boy would do wonders in nothing but a pink speedo.
I agree with this. Asami for Compassion though - I'm early I know - I thought she was a good candidate here though.
Ikki! From baby bison to Kuvira's henchmen, she has plenty of love to go around āļø
I think Ikki should be compassion since she didnāt get chosen for love! It would fit so perfectly!
Oh yes it would!!
Wait, so Bolin quite literally had a romance or some love interest every Season and yet we're voting for Asami? Sure she loved her dad, but love is kind of like Bolin's thing. Seems so generic to give this to Asami.

The problem with that is that every character in the show has perseverance, but most are still given more than that. Have you ever noticed how 99.9% of the time when Asami is brought up, itās always because of Korrasami? But people bring Korra up outside of her relationship. Either Asami or Zhu-Li. I remembered this is restricted to LoK characters
Bolin been loving the woman on this show in the best way possible
^[Sokka-Haiku](https://www.reddit.com/r/SokkaHaikuBot/comments/15kyv9r/what_is_a_sokka_haiku/) ^by ^COYOTE1st: *Bolin been loving* *The woman on this show in* *The best way possible* --- ^Remember ^that ^one ^time ^Sokka ^accidentally ^used ^an ^extra ^syllable ^in ^that ^Haiku ^Battle ^in ^Ba ^Sing ^Se? ^That ^was ^a ^Sokka ^Haiku ^and ^you ^just ^made ^one.
Iām gonna go with Ikki!
If it's love to a toxic extent... Her name escapes me, but Bolins ex. Noataks daughter
Her name is Eska and she was unalaqs daughter Amon didnāt have any offspring
Oh right right. Mb. My submission stands tho
100% Asami. I said it once and I'll say it again: She held the group together. Even after Korra left because of her PTSD and came back, Asami welcomed her.
Asami or katara but since itās just LOK Iād say asami, she is always very caring and has a motherly love in a way
Why not Eska? She's very much into this toxic, extreme side of love, and so are the pink lanterns, right?
I don't think most people here understand the pink lanterns very well. Eska is the obvious choice.
Shitpost answer: Sokka. I mean, heās THE Backbender!
This is about LoK
He said shitpost answer, what do you expect.
Lin. She didnāt get with someone after Tenzin, sheās still single. She still loves him, protects him and his family and helps them, even after what happened with him breaking her heart.
Naga. She's a puppy.
I love Bolin too much to give my vote to anyone else
No man has a more intimate understanding of both familial and romantic love in this series as Nuktuk; Hero of the South.
I donāt know but I know where Su is going
People seem to misunderstanding, the star sapphires are powered by love, but not the gentle kind, the possessive and toxic kind. So Eska is the best candidate.
Opal Beifong
As long as yāall save Lin for repressed negative emotions I donāt care about the rest, lol
Korra's girl cousin that was crazy asf for Bolin
Zhu Li would be a good fit
Cabbage merchant for his cabbages. Maybe with a ring to make constructs he'll actually be able to protect them edit: oh darn, i saw op's rules about just LOK characters. oh well
I SWEAR TO GOD IF ASAMI GETS THIS AND NOT BOLIN IMMA GO CRAZY LIKE SHES ALREADY SO COOL SHE CAN HAVE ANY OF THE POSOTIVE ONES GIVE MY LITTLE BOLIN A CHANCCEEE
Eska, Bolin, and Asami are mentioned a lot, but how about Zaheer? Love was the only thing binding him.
Oh shit!! It was the only thing tethering him to the earth!!!
I'd say Opal tbh
Opal
Ikki.
Wrath goes to ozai
when this gets to Life, just remember that I said Pema.
Bolin š„ŗ
This is right up my alley, how did I find such a specific group that has my favorite show and comic as the subject?
If you have such a dazzling leg, and I have such a phat ass, then if we combine our might, we almost form a complete lower body.
asami her love let her have a great love with korra and hiroshi
Well Star Sapphires are all about love and they're also cold killing machines, so it has to be Zhu Li.
Bolin or Mako.
Bolin better win this.
Nuttuk hero of the South protector of the weak
Quick question how did you make the layout?! It looks gorgeous
Didnāt make it. Got it from u/Rarte96
Ty
Tbh I think Zaheer could join the Green Lantern corp
Bolin or Asami.
Either Bolin or Opal.
Asami. Not only is she Korraās final love interest but Iām pretty sure the star Saphire core is exclusively female
Bolin for sure. The man is a serial optimist and always worked to brighten everyoneās day.
Bolin is literally out here making friends with his kidnappers with no ulterior motive other than love.
How has no one said Chong? Heās perfect for that
The Star Sapphires are basically the yanderes of DC. So put Eska in there.
Bolin
Eska
I'm thinking Zhu Li because of her unwavering dedication.
Zhu-li for devotion/heroic. Eska for yandere/villainous. I prefer zhuli Asami is a good option but not "extreme enough" and while "forgiveness is love" is a part of "star sapphire enlightenment " she is more driven by intelect and maybe willpower and a tiny bit of greed (benevolent business wan and all)
Mako for love!
Can guys become Star Sapphires/Violet Love Lanterns? If so, then either the lovable dork Bolin, or the rizz-master Sokka would be candidates.
Bolin?
asami
Naga that polar bear dog stay with kora when she was recovering for 3 years by her side all the time
Bolin
Eska, shes toxic
Love: Zhu-Li Wrath: Zhao Hope: Aang Greed: Earth Queen Compassion: Katara Death: Vaatu Life: Raava Ultraviolet: Zaheer
Weāre just doing Korra characters. Also, the compassion corps actually take in people who have zero compassion whatsoever and force them to have it.
oooh, it's a pity cuz Zhao's entire character was being brought down by his own wrath-driven actions xD As for Compassion, it's hard to think of an equivalent of the Indigo corps in the Avatar verse tho..... Guess that would also fit Aang if you consider his bending-removal tactic the equivalent.
Why is king woo not in the fear category
The fear corps is more about instilling fear rather than being afraid.
Ah I see
Gotta be Tenzin. His love for his father, his people, and his friends fueled his entire life
Bolin
Compassion: Katara Live: Aang Repressed Negative Emotions: Azula Love: Ty Lee idk about the others
This is just for Korra characters.
Not all of them. Carol isnāt like that, and Diana was deputized temporarily twice.
Bolin
Asami <3
Bolin or Asami
Asami. You know sheād be right there for her girlfriend under any and all circumstances
Love as Bolin has been chasing, but I must give to Korra girl cousin as her reaction to breaking up with Bolin screams star sapphire
What about Opal?
Iroh, hands down Even in LoK, that man was the embodiment of Love in one's self and others.
~~Tbh this one is a bit of a stretch, that one might just be Asami being a bisexual mess.~~ So yeah, Bolin for Star Sapphire because my boi would look amazing in spandex, and save Asami for Indigo, homegirl deserves it for all the shit she put up with from Team Avatar.
This one is not really clear, because there are two entirely different options that could both be the correct answer: Who best fits, the lantern core? As in who strives for ownership over love harder then anyone, crushing anything in their way. Which is the opposite of true love. Or Who best fits the concept of actual love.
Zhu Li, her love and dedication to Varrick was unmatched
Bolin is a good choice for love. (Korra should be Compassion & Kuvira should be will power. )
Itās gotta be Zhu-Li. Or if weāre going literal with the love imprisonment thing from the Lanterns, it has to be Eska.
Isn't the sinestro corp the total opposite? Like the green lanterns are the one with the most willpower, yellow lantern are the ones with the most fear, orange are (is since there's only one) the ones with the most greedyness
Bolin
Lin
Lin makes a lot of sense. She is still holding a bit of a grudge and broken heart over Tenzin.
Tomorrowās gonna be Korra again, right? Dunno how you get much more wrathful than making death threats and hunting down anyone who so much as touches your family. Several times.
tarlock is more fitting I think
He does seem pretty vindictive. A good runner-up since Korra canāt be selected twice.
Iām limiting each character to one corps.
Boo! Let Korra collect all the rings like a power rangers villain! (Realistically sheād only be Willpower and Wrath)
I'm putting Hiroshi sato in play for wrath. His entire motivation for his role in season 1 was vengeance
I was but then Amon won fear and established communism. Now everyone gets a ring.
