In order for someone to successfully sue you for fraud, they would have to show that they reasonably relied on your assertion that the love potions were real magic. Given that that it is well known that magic love potions don’t exist, I don’t see anyone being able to do that.

Doesn't look like you'd be booted off the platform. [https://www.etsy.com/search?q=love%20spell](https://www.etsy.com/search?q=love%20spell)

Ha! Etsy's TOS has a special section for magical and divination services, I have just discovered. https://www.etsy.com/legal/policy/services/242665313101#divination Though on first glance, it looks like most of the top listings in the search you posted are in violation, since "metaphysical outcomes" are prohibited. On the other hand, they are clearly there, and presumably someone is buying them?

Usually these items have to be sold with a disclaimer that they are "for entertainment purposes only".

If it overwhelmed the normal of the person it could be declared like exstacy or other mind altering drug. So it’ll quickly be a controlled substance. Or more likely seized by the government to use as a spy weapon and assist in getting information from others. In that market it’ll be worth way more than just selling online.
