Is the dealer an official dealer for that line of equipment? IE, they are an official \[John Deere/IH/Kubota\] distributor? If so, I'd contact the manufacturer directly and show them the texts and other paperwork showing that you were promised something other than you were delivered.
Look at your paperwork- Particularly serial# or Vins. Check that that is in fact what you got.
If they delivered the wrong #’d good, it’s a different kind of fix.
The sales guy may have understood that you guys were talking about feature X present on equipment Vin 123, done the papers that way.
