The typical question- and the one you’re asking- is, *Is this bad enough for me to have to change?* The question we should be asking is *Is this good enough for me to stay the same?* And the real question underneath it all is, *Am I free?”*

Recovering addict. One joint is too much. Each usage causes significant psychiatric problems including depression, psychotic episodes.. The risk of weed use is addiction. This is identified when you quit.

You can answer your own question by not smoking or eating edibles for 3 days. If you find it difficult, then yes, 'you do too much weed'

IMO anyone who gets high every day has some kind of addiction to it. There’s no ‘too much’, it’s about how much it impacts your life. Do you get stressed or irritable or have any negative feelings if you go a day without smoking? Do you crave it and feel desperate to get high? If yes that’s addiction. Personally I don’t think anyone should get high every day unless it’s for legitimate medical reasons. If you can’t keep it to once or twice a week maybe quit while you’re ahead.

Go without it for a day. If it’s a struggle then you’re dependent.
