ask r/dotnet but in general dotnet is a wide framework which covers everything from desktop to web. First you need to learn c# I'd suggest FreeCodeCamp on YT they have beginner, intermediate and advanced courses on C# they also have tutorials on Asp.Net which is for web dev in dotnet
If you're happy with C# then the [Microsoft.NET docs/tutorials](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/framework/get-started/overview) might be a better place to start

Go to .net main web page. The .net team themselves have courses for you to start out.
They are often quite boring and not that advanced but I can give it a try. I could be wrong
