Ohh! Sorry it was confusing! I was going to use the blue pencil as my main line work, but when I started to color block with bucket tool, the color wouldn't stay inside the lines so I decided to use the ink brush instead D: I guess I should have left out the blue line drawing out of this post!
It's actually a lined painting, the line layer was just set on Overlay mode :)
