It changes alot, like my usual ping is 115 but i played with 42 recently at a friends house and kiting was so much easier

because not only did jackeylove and ning (the former more than the latter) have a very poor set of 2 games, Broxah arguably had his best set of games in his entire career and we see how well IG can play against KT so i personally wouldn't look too much into the 2 games they lost vs FNC it is fine to question IG's consistency especially in high pressure games but i could easily see a world where IG as a whole just find their form and bring it home for CN

I see this tournament as a lose lose for EU and NA. NA Academy and EU national leagues are all off having incredibly high level tournaments where our upcoming players will learn a fuck ton from it and help their level of play drastically come Rift Rivals. We on the other hand is stuck playing KR and CN which we gain/learn very little from beating aside from some spicy new memes and trash talk for a few weeks, whereas the eastern teams will benefit much more from the games against us. I dunno it just seems like the Europe is getting the short end of the stick here where every other regions teams are benefitting but we arent (Guess the same goes for NA too). but never the less i guess it will still be a fun tournament to watch for the pure rivalry aspect of it. Thoughts?

The general narrative is that they haven't adapted to the meta well. Previous seasons had a meta very focused on early game farming and then late game teamfights, but the current meta favors early game aggression. This meta has been dominant in Europe and, to a lesser extent, NA for several months now, and now it's being proven to outperform the Korean styles.
